Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing the RCC surface by throughly cleaning with wire brushes or by scrappers or as per the directeion by the Engineer-In-Charge. Followed by washing for making the surface absolutely free from any foreign particles like dust, oil, grases or weeds etc. and allowed surface dry, afterthat breaking, removing and chipping of brickbats corba, tar felt or any other protective screed or layer over roof slabs etc. (upto 50 mm thickness) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregates as in levelling course/roof padding complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound (Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound ISI marked as approved.

Material and labour for applying two coats of damp proof ultra a fibre reinforced elastromeric liquid membrane, priming the surface with damp proof ultra by diluting with water @ 30-40%. After 3-4 hours applying 1st coat of undiluted coating by brush/ roller. After 6 hours, recoating the surface with 2nd coat as a final coat complete all as per direction of manufacturer. Make: ASIAN/ BERGER/ NEROLAC

Note (a.) The prepatory and application work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator duly certified by manufacturer of the Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. Before execution of work necessary approval shall be taken from Garrison Engineer with all documentary evidances. (b) Necessary scaffolding and ladder of approx. 10 m height shall be provided by the contractor in his own arrangement. Green cloth shall be provided all around the work site for any position/ height with all safety precaution (i.e Safety Jacket, Safety Shoes, Safety Masks, Safety Helmet, Safety harness, Safety Goggles etc.) Without safety precaution this work not been commenced as decided by Engineer-In-Charge/ by Garrison Engineer. No extra cost shall be paid for such precaution. Such precaution shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c) No payment for additional height shall be paid to the contactor. (d) Cleaning and clearing site of paint, mats etc. are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No completion will be issued without proper cleaning of site as per direction of Garrison Engineer or by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolition of existing roof padding including roof treatment complete carefully by cutting, chiselling etc cleaning the surfaces by scrapping, booming brushing etc and removing the rubbish from site to a distance exc 50m and n.exc 100m all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and M&L for applying roof treatment as under :- Material and labour for wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc., and surface painting, with a layer of blown grade bitumen of any penetration applied hot @ 1.7 kg per sqm, blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cum per sq.m, and lightly tampered (area of flashings, etc., shall be added to the roof area) and providing APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application with overlap 15 cms on joints and torching the joints complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Disconnecting existing tanks of Capacity exceeding 250 ltr but not exceeding 500 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning repairing, etc.as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks of Capacity exceeding 500 ltr but not exceeding 1000 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning repairing, etc.as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix as in repairs Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage overhead tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) multi layered 500 ltr capacity hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm dia Ball valves (Minimum weight of valve 210 gms) high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified including dismantling the old unserviceable one. Supply and fix as in repairs Gun metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as directed for 20 mm bore all as specified. Make: Audco(L&T)/ Zoloto/ Kirloskar/ Leader/ Upadhyaya

Supply, lay and fix 15 mm bore galvanized iron water tubing medium grade including all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors all as specified. Make:-TATA/ JINDAL/ PRAKASH

Supply, lay and fix 20 mm bore galvanized iron water tubing medium grade including all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors all as specified. Make:-TATA/ JINDAL/ PRAKASH

Refixing old steel tubing 15mm dia and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling,floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old steel tubing 20mm dia and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling,floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in repairs float ball valves 20mm dia high pressure PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make: Leader/ Zoloto/ Kirloskar/ Prayag/ Supreme

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block type C1,1:3:6 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates exc. 10 cm in width and getting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repairs Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for prepration new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Supply and fix as in repairs 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.
