Supply fabrication and fixing powder coated (Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) anodized aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleats for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

S & F 125mm butt hinges, medium weight, colled rolled mild steel & ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 200mm long aluminium anodized barrel tower bolt of extruded section ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of 150 mm long extruded anodised aluminium alloy handle, fabricated type complete all as specified.

Supply and fix mortice lock, vertical type, 4 lever of size 100 mmm (set of two keys) complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix aluminium (die Cast) body door closer hydraulically regulated designation No-3 universal type suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm and of weight between 61 to 80 kg complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix floor door stopper 140mm of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised with hard drawn steel spring fixed in floor

Supply and fix 4.8 mm thick sheet glass ,ordinary quality and glazing fixed in aluminium window shutters area if each pane exceeding 0.5 sqm complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 12 mm thick Veneered particle boards interior grade, solid core, general purposes type, with face veneers of type 'BB', fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified.

Supply and fix 10mm thick Toughned glass as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required fixed with stainless steel screw etc complete all as specified.

S&F Solar control film 50 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Aluminium Composite Panel board, Antibacterial Fireproof surface coating of thickness 30um (micrometer). thickness 3mm to 4mm. weight 5.5 Kg/Sqm based on 4mm carbon resin (PVDF) and plyester resin (PE) roasting painting, core nontoxic polyethylene, back aluminium alloy sheet coated with polyster resin painting surface finish. aluminium alloy sheet thickenss 0.5mm including anodized brushed mirror PE Coated colour, PVDF coated including fixing with 40x40x4 alu continous angle, 20x20x2 alu cleat, 4mm thick alu POP rivet, sealent with backing rod, 25mm long screw, 65mm long ancher bolt etc completed all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing/stair case made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing/staircase with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement.

M & L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor of 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS-H cable drawn through and including PVC rigid non metallic conduit (minimum 20mm bore size) and conduit accessories concealed or surface on walls/ceiling/floors/existing conduit all as per IS, including 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor of 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS-H green colour cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth & connecting to earth dolly for the following :- (Note : The rate quoted only for surface on walls/ceiling/floors/existing conduit, concealed wiring including cutting chases, measured in separately under item No 29.00 as required.)
