Material & Labour for sand cushioning to under ground cable using locally available fine clean dry river sand over,under ground UG cable laid in treches and gently punning to cushioning to cable complete all as directed. Note : For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured.

Material & Labour for common burnt clay building bricks (locally available best quality), sub-class ‘B’ designation 75 of suitable size available in market to cover LT underground cables, laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm including taking down old unserviceable bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of pole / strut etc including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

Taking up/down UG cable of 240 sqmm 3 1/2 core size from trenches, ducts, floor, pipes, poles, etc. and removing unserviceable cables from site of work complete all as directed. (Note: Excavation and earth work will be measured & paid separately)

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable LT panel board and supply, installation, testing and commissioning of size not less than 1.5m x 1.5m x0.60 m, outdoor cubical type factory made (CPRI approved), single hinged type door for individual MCCBs rubberised gasket, front & back side openable type with locking arrangement (screw type), fabricated of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick supported on 50x 50 x 6 mm angle iron and Tee section frame dust and vermin proof complete with aluminium bus bar 4 Nos, 600 Amps rated capacity mounted on porcelain insulators totally enclosed chamber for protection 3 phase 415 volt with suitable capacity aluminium bus bar and PVC insulated copper cable of size 10sqmm for control wiring duly mounted on PCC floor and with suitable size of bolts, nuts & wahsers.

Supply & fixing in repairs Aluminium lugs suitable for UG cable of size 3.5/4 core, 16 to 35 sqmm and making connection to MCCB/MCB including respective size of lugs for the neutral cable.

Supply & fixing in repairs Aluminium lugs suitable for UG cable of size 3.5/4 core, 50 to 95 sqmm and making connection to MCCB/MCB including respective size of lugs for the neutral cable.

Supply and fixing in repair Switch air break, gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on with 9 insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism working from ground level current rating upto 400A, 11000 V grade having nine insulators, vertical type including dismantling of existing air break gang operated switch and removal the same from site.

Supply and fixing in repair expulsion drop out fuse carrier assembly outdoor type 400 Amps capacity including fuse element up to 60 Amps and insulator suitable for HT 11 KV complete and dismantling of existing fuse carrier assembly and removal the same from site all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement lightening arrester station type rated frequency 50 Hz nominal discharge current 10 KA 12 KV / 10 KA complete.

Repair / servicing to gang operating devices 11000 volts up to 400 amps including greasing all the moving parts and applying white petroleum jelly at the contact points including dismantling and replacing all the un-serviceable parts/spares all as directed. Note:- All the spares replaced will be measured and paid separately under respective items of Schedule 'A'.

Supply & fixing copper alloy moving contact blades and taking down unserviceable.

Material & Labour for jumper connection between OH line to GOD and GOD to drop out fuses with ACSR conductor 6/1X3.35 mm (rabbit) not exe. 2 mtr long including necessary lugs where ever required/aluminum heavy duty PG clamps contact all as directed after removing the old jumpers including PVC sleeve not more than 1.70 Rm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts and washers of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by galvanised iron pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) and connected to earth test point and including cement concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1(using 20 mm graded aggregate) and pre-cast RCC cover slab of size 540 x 540 x 50 mm thick, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways and one handle for lifting made with 10 mm dia mild steel bar,funnel, wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanised (light grade) for watering, charcoal and salt in alternate layers including necessary execuation and eath works in any types of soil complete all as shown on Electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part I including taking out the old earthing material complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part I connected to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earh work in any type of soil, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc complete.

Supply and fixing earthing continuty conductor or main earthing lead fixed to pole or burried in ground or at any other situation for loop earthing extra as required of GI strip 32x6mm all as specified

Supply & Fix of LED decorative post off square shape, intregral decorative LED bollard with opal acrylic IP 65 protection complete all as specified and directed. Make: Bajaj. - Tulip BGBOM 650 9W LED or as equivalent in specified makes.

Supply & Fix of LED decorative liara bollard light inverted pyramid tripod type with soft 360 degree light distribution with opal acrylic IP 65 protection including 20x20x30 cm foundation of PCC 1:4:8 complete all as specified and as directed. Make : CG cat part No. LBLSN-10-CDL or as equivalent in specified makes.

Supply & Fix LED decorative post top lanterns for energy conservation upto 50% and with eco friendly lighting system including taking down old unserviceable post top lantern of HPSV/HPMV/MH of any capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make : Crompton Greaves Cat No. MAPLE LPTO-40/CDL or as equivalent in specified makes.

Material & Labour for Danger notice plate for LT 20x15cm of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts complete all as specified.

Supply & fix high effeciency low glare (asyn) MAGNUM LED flood light luminaire with high pressure die cast housing with IP65 protection complete including taking down old U/S one complete all as specified and directed. Make : Bajaj, Model: BJFL 100WLED S or as equivalent in specified makes.

Material & Labour for repair LT panels/LT feeder piller boxes by carrying out through check all electrical connections, lugs busbar, voltmeter, ammeter, cableglands, insulator on busbar, and tightning all conecctions properly with proper size of new nut bolts washer as per the site requirments and insulation of busbar with colour code insuation tapes and preparation of surfaces internal and external of panels/feeder piller boxes by cleaning with dry cloth/removal of dust particles by using air blower and scratching the old painted surfaces as directed and painting two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and writting existing letters/numbers or as directed and repair the existing PCC basement of the feeder piller box/ LT panel as per site requirment or directed and preperation of old decorated/concrete surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint and testing complete with all electrical connection made as per direction of engineer in charge.

Material & labour for Sub main wiring with two runs of single core 4 Sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multi standed copper conductor cable LT 1100 volts grade drawn thorugh and including PVC casing capping of adequate size fixed on surfafce of wall/ceiling with all necessary fittings and accessaries and 1 run of FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed insulated single core cable with multi standered copper conductor of size 4 Sqmm as earth wire (green in colour) run through casing capping and connected common earth dolly including taking out the old sub main wiring two run of 4 Sqmm cable one run of casing capping and one run of 2.5 Sqmm earth continuity wire for connection to DBs/dolly shall be deemed to be included in this item and shall be measured as one run complete all as specified and directed.
