Material and labour for anodised aluminium door and chowkhats made out of hollow extruded aluminium section as mentioned below. Each door shall be provided with 02 Nos disc or D type aluminium handles, 02 Nos aluminium tower bolts 200 mm long, one brass mortice lock of six levers with key in duplicate and shall be regulated by provided double action hydraulic floor door spring/hydraulic door closer. Shutter to be partly glazed with and including 5 mm thick tinted glass and partly panelled with and including 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board with decorative laminations on both sides, rubber beading/gasket, anodised aluminium beading, screws complete in all respect all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (a) Chowkhat/frame : 101.6 mm x 44.45 mm x 1.5mm thick (b) Shutter top and bottom rail : 114.3 mm x 44.45 mm x 1.5 mm thick (c) Shutter middle rail : 83.5 mm x 44.45 mm x 1.5 mm thick (d) Shutter vertical/style : 83.5 mm x 44.45 mm x 1.5 mm thick MAKE : (i) Anodised aluminium section : JINDAL/ HINDALCO/ INDALCO (ii) PARTICLE BOARD : NOVAPAN/ KITPLY/ BHUTAN BOARD (iii) Glass : Saint Gobin/ Modi Guard/ TATA.

Material and labour for fabrication & fixing of anodised aluminium window sliding type three track system with frame of weight not less than 1.17 kg/rm and sliding section for shutter frame all round with aluminium section of weight not less than 0.42 kg/rm including all necessary aluminium fitting , all three pannels and including 5 mm (min.) thick selected quality tinted glass and aluminium Deco Grill-104 as approved by GE fixed with stranded aluminium channel outside with and including handle, cleat, glazing clip, lock, dry set, rubber gasket etc complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of sheet glass, Deco grill etc. (ii) The pattern of three way track window shall be as per TD drg given in the list of drawing MAKE : (i) Anodised aluminium section : JINDAL/ HINDALCO/ INDALCO (ii) Glass : Saint Gobin/ Modi Guard/ TATA.

Material and labour for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion (antifungal and weather proof) paint camouflage pattern over a coat of external primer complete all as specified.

Supply and fix, Drapery Rods, fancy type, made of mild steel conduits with PVC insulation, 20 mm bore having fancy end knobs at each end, fixed with rawl plug to wall as in curtain rods complete all as directed by Engineer-In- Charge. Note:- Quality and design shall be approved by GE after physical verification.
