Material and labour for complete removal of old painted wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additive @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over and including a coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.902 litre/ 10 Sqm with roller finish complete all as per manufacturer instruction

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with screws all as directed.

Material and labour for second class hardwood weather boarding, clean sawn, plain, 20mm thick or feather edged 15 mm to 20 mm thick and fixed with 30 mm laps complete all as specified.

Material and labour for prepration new or previously untreated wood or wood base materials of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as directed.

Supply and fix pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Demolition of existing roof padding including roof treatment complete carefully by cutting, chiselling etc cleaning the surfaces by scrapping, booming brushing etc and removing the rubbish from site to a distance exc 50m and n.exc 100m all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and M&L for applying roof treatment as under :- (i) Providing 10mm thick (average) rendering in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with WPC as per manufacture's instruction (to be measured separately as supply only) for levelling to a true surface and to receive new roof treatment complete. (ii) Providing coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm complete in horizontal and vertical surfaces of sunken floor. (iii) Providing coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over primer surfaces alongwith aluminium paint @ 0.11 Kg/Sqm over the APP. (iv) Providing a layer of APP based polymeric membrance of approved manufacturer, 4mm thick reinforced with polyester non wooven fabrix (weighing not less than 150 gm/ Sqm) laid by torch application method, side overlaps shall be minimum 75mm and end laps shall be minimum 100mm and sealing all overlaps and joints as manufacturer's insructions and provided upto a height o 60cm in the parapets and inserted inside the parapets by cutting a groove and finished by membrane flashing complete all as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted plastered surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

Disconnecting existing tanks of Capacity exceeding 250 ltr but not exceeding 500 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning repairing, etc.as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks of Capacity exceeding 500 ltr but not exceeding 1000 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning repairing, etc.as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour for writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30 cm high complete all as specified.

Supply and fix as in repairs 15 mm bore ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified.

Supply and fix as in repairs 20 mm bore ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix steel work in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-410W (Gde E- 250) quality A complete all as specified.
