Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Supply and fix MS section for post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes etc and simmilar work including all nesecery work conforming to FE-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixplate (Plain or chequered) channelss, square cut or notched (ordinary an counter sunk) formaing holes, without any attachement FE-410-w Gde E-250 quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chainlink fencing incl line wire any mesh size and type of any type of standard, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire.

Supply only M.S Galvanised chain link fencing any size or type. Note: (a)The sample only be approved by GE after physical check. (b) The contractor shall produce necessary test certificate for galvanised coating and without the same no payment shall be made to the contractor.

Supply and fix for MS flats to receive expanded metal or fabric etc and staining with welding complete all as specified.

Supply and fix 10 mm dia of mild steel round bars for holding chain link fencing conforming to Fe-410-s or Fe 410-0, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends complete.

Dismantaling of barbed wire complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix of galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, straining bolts at ends, staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified. Note: The contractor shall produce necessary test certificate for galvanised coating and without the same no payment shall be made to the contractor.

Supply and fix Concertina coil razor tape barbed wire (reinforced barbed tape) of the following specification :- (i) Dia of coil when un stretched 600 mm (ii) No of circles 5. to 5. per coil (iii) Weight of each coil 9.5 to 10 KG (iv) Coverage per coil 8 RM (v) Central core wire :- Made from high tensile spring steel core wire conforming to IS-4454 duly hot dipped galvanized (conforming to IS-2629) with dia meter 2.59 mm + 0.05 mm, UTS 145 -160 Kg/Sqmm, Zinc coating 250-300/per Sqm (vi) Strip :- Electro galvanized steel strip 0.5 mm + 0.02 mm thick, width 19 mm (before wrapping on central core wire) conforming to IS 1573, Zinc coating -120 gm.Sqm and bituminized dipped, width of barbs 11.5 mm, pitch of barbs 25.4 mm + 0.2 mm (vii) Clips : - AISI 304 -1.5 mm thick c and u clips C special type for fixing coil and RBT wire U clips special type for joining one coil to another coil and RBT wire to RBT wire joining (viii) No of clips 125 for each coil (ix) Handle and spikes to be provided as required Note : (a) Running length of the wall shall be measured. (b)The sample only be approved by GE after physical check. (c) The contractor shall produce necessary test certificate for electro galvanised coating and without the same no payment shall be made to the contractor.

Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m depth for foundation shafts well cesspits manholes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified.

Material and labour for walling random rubble uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 as in retaining walls, wing walls, abutment and the likes complete all as specified. Note: Precast PCC bond stone will be measured and paid seperarely against item here-in-after

Returning, filling in any kind of soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 m lead, at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above from the starting point and depositing where directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour for providing, precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in, bond stone for stone walling, set in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match complete all as specified.

Supply and fix 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in walls as in weep holes including all fittings i.e. junction, Tee, bend if required. Complete all as specified.

Material and labour for loose filling back of weep holes with 40mm to 80mm graded stone aggregates, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for providing, cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in , copings, and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof, slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or slope)

Extra over stone walling, random rubble brought upto courses, for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, with maximum depressions on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 40 mm on lime or sand stone complete all as specified.

Material and labour raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed in cement mortar 1:4 on brought upto courses complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of external primer paint to external walls including complete all as specifies and directed

Supply and fix Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-410W Grade E-250 (quality A) complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repairs Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new and previously untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (Un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for hardcore of gauge broken brick n.exce 63mm ,deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exec 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface and complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Sub-Floors, Sub-Bases, Floors and pavings, plinth protection, etc all as specified.

Material and labour for 50 mm thick Cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Sub-Floors, Sub-Bases, Floors and pavings, plinth protection, etc all as specified.

Material and labour for 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 Grade set and joined in cement slurry and pointed in grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified. Supply and fix Pavement floor vitrified tiles of size 300x 300x 10 mm thk (Endura tiles of Johnson or equivalent makes listed in List of Makes) of approved colour and design set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured to match including 20 mm th screed be in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of old tiles complete all as specified and directed. M & L for 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified.

M & L for Use and waste of flat formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block type C1,1:3:6 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates exc. 10 cm in width and getting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing even and smooth complete all as specified.

M & L Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) using graded stone aggregate as in foundation including rafters footings foundation beam plinth beam bases for column etc basement slab under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix RCC Hume pipe 300 mm dia class NP3 with collars laid on concrete base as in drain
