Centrifugal pumping set of capacity 10 HP including writing of SM/MES No.

Sluice valve of any type/capacity of water supply installations.

Inlet and outlet pipe of 250mm/200mm bore

Taking out old unserviceable Clariflocculator sweep fan system including bearing and crown set for Clariflocculator sweep fan system and Supply and fix Clariflocculator sweep fan system system of fan size 1200 mm at same position including bearing and crown set for Clariflocculator sweep fan system complete all as specified and as directed. Nots : Components as originally fitted in Clariflocculator sweep fan system shall only be provided during repairs/replacement.

S & F in replacement star-delta starter suitable for Monoblock pumpset of capacity 3-phase 10 HP complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement star-delta starter for Submersible pumpset 3-phase, 20 HP with ammeter in Sheet metal enclosure complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement including testing following components/parts in existing LT panel boards/motor starter panels etc complete all as directed:-

Digital Ammeter 3 phase input 5 Amp, 50/60 Hz, Aux Supply 80-300 V AC, Class 1.0. Model & Make:- Model RISH Eine 3A of Make RISHABH or equivalent model of Makes listed in List of Makes.

Disconnecting existing clariflocculator motor and carry out rewinding of 0.5 HP motor including replacement of motor parts i.e. bushes, shaft, gear assembly and crown set of motor etc and refixing the same in existing position and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dewatering the existing Pressed Steel overhead tanks of following capacity mounted on steel stagging at a height of 5m to 15m including removing of sludge/ soil deposits completely by scraping out from internal surfaces of tank and transporting/depositing sludge/settled soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, washing the tanks with bleaching powder thereafter preparation of old or previously treated internal and external steel/iron surfaces of tanks and all steel surfaces of staging and applying one coat of anticorrosive synthetic enamel paint complete including writing of capacity, tank cleaned date etc with white paint of letter size 15 cm on 60 cm x 90 cm size black paint background complete all as directed:-

Tank of capacity 1200 Gallons (Note for Item No.8.10 to 8.50 : Cleaning shall be done minimum at-least at an interval of six months or at an early period if directed by Engineer-in-Charge)

Dewatering of Circular static fire fighting water reservoir of size 6 mtr dia and 3 mtr depth, cleaning and removing of sludge/settled soil complete by scraping out from internal surfaces of tank and transporting/depositing sludge/settled soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, washing with bleaching powder solution thereafter preparation of external old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement based white paint and writing capacity of tank, tank cleaning date etc with white paint of letter size 10 cms on 30 cm x 60 cm black paint background complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Taking down of damaged plaster inside or ouside of tanks and rendering/plastering of same shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ)

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description, on brick, concrete or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water, etc. & removing rubbish off the premises, complete all as directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry/concrete surfaces, mixed with water proofing liquid @ 150ml per 50 Kg bag of cement and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Supply only Water Proofing Liquid shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing liquid complete all as directed.

M & L for dismantling damaged/unserviceable structural steel/mild steel parts/components of ladder, security gates, working platform of Over Head Pressed Steel tanks and replacement of structural rolled mild steel for joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, Pressed Steel/Mild steel sheets/plates confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) of thicknees as required of suitable size as directed including welding, drilling cutting and provision of suitable nut bolts etc and preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, width or girth and applying two coats of anti-corrosive synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing unserviceable valve pit and Construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber 900x900x900mm (internal dimension) with bricks, old size, built in CM 1:4, PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 as in foundation concrete bed/ floor, coping and 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on internal and exposed external surfaces, external plaster shall be upto 15 cm below ground level and mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement with and including MS cover 03 mm thick MS sheet welded with 40x40x6 mm size angle iron frame fixed to top of valve pit by means of hold fast 150mm long, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B1, with locking arrangements including excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, painting sheet surfaces with two coats of anti corrsive paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as shown on drawings, specified and directed. Note : (i) Drg No AF/TD/240/15 Sheet 1/2 and 2/2. (ii) Valve pit shall be Type 'A' but size shall be as mentioned above.
