Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x25 mm thick with mixture grey cement and pigment in equal proportions set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry to be laid over screed bed, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying/spreading of sand as in 25 mm thick cushion to precast concrete interlocking paver block incl watering & consolidating, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Thickness Sand cushioning will be measured after consolidation.

M&L for pre-polished colour machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade, jointed with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cement concrete M-15 (Nominal mix) in edging of path (interlocking paver) and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed including form work and finishig all exposed surfaces,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains etc, cement complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Cement concrete, type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) for side walls of drains etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to faces of drain walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter for flat rough finished surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct to the item no. 12 above for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including taking out and seperating old reinforcement and removal of debries to a distance not exc 50m as directed by Engineer in charge and making site clean complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast RCC M-20 Nominal Mix type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs, shelves and similar articles set in CM (1:6) including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to Fe 500D complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 5 mm to 10 mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish material from site complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in cm (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finishing even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Taking down chowkats or frame exc 1.50 sqm but n.exc 4.00 sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 1.75 sqm) comprising of uPVC multichambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Glass or wiremesh shall be paid separately) Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Casement door with 3D hinges made of (big series) frame 67 x 64 mm & sash 67 x 110 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of door upto 2.00 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, zinc alloy (white powder coated) 3D hinges and one handle on each side of panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear, cylinder with keeps and one side key, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws,etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fixing factory made uPVC door frame made of uPVC. extruded sections having an overall dimension (extruded section profile) 42x50 mm (tolerance ± 1 mm), with wall thickness 2.0 mm (± 0.2 mm), corners of the door frame Jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws, joints mitred and Plastic welded. The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S. tube of size 19 X 19 mm and 1mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete all as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Supply and Fix powder coated (minium thickness 50 micron) aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium window and ventilator shutters (sliding type), aluminium section weighing not less than 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.75 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix sheet glass ordinary quality 4mm thick glazing in square/ rectangle n,exc 0.50 sqm each pane with oil putty or aluminium beads fixed to steel etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) in two layers mixed with water liquid water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction in top layer 5 mm thick finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed. . Note: Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) internal surfaces on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and as directed.
