M& L Bends. Tapers. Tee pieces (single & double branch) any type and angle/radius and straight connecting pieces for 150mm Bore Pipe but all ends flanged complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of DI double flanged non return valve 200mm bore suitable for 16 kg/cm2 working pressure dia ISI marked with jointing material, rubber gasket 6 mm thick nuts, MS nuts, bolts, washers including taking out of existing unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block with solid block in 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agregate as in bed blocks exc 10cm in width and sitting in CM 1:6 for holding GI pipe, etc. including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for Copper strip 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc.for roof conductors and down conductors above ground/ for extended earthing connections complete all as specified & directed.

M&L in repair for earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to Copper strip of size 20x3.15mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part I connected to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earh work in any type of soil, PCC pit with RCC cover, charcoal, salt, funnel etc complete.

M&L construction of brick masonry valve chamber of size 1200mm x 1200mm x 1200mm (Internal dimension) with PCC 1:3:6 foundation 150mm thick, brick work 23cm thick built in CM 1:6, PCC 1:3:6 coping 50 mm thick, plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 to all internal and exposed surfaces including excavation earth work in any type of soil, MS sheet cover 3mm thick fixed with angel iron frame 50x50x6mm with locking arrangement embedded in PCC and painting of MS cover with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning centrifugal electric driven pump set of 90m3/hr rated discharge capacity working at 250 mtr head with suitable capacity motor , 3 phase , 440 volt, 50Hz with 2975 Rated RPM in and PCC foundation of suitable size and height complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling the unserviceable 100 HP Pump along with all accessories and depositing back to MES Storeyard . Scope of Work includes Pump+ motor+Accessories ( Base frame+ Coupling+Coupling Guard+Foundation Bolts & Nuts) and 1 man Day Supervision for Commissioning and to Submit the test report.

Supply, laying testing & Commisioning of LT XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable Copper conductor Cable, 1100volts grade, cross-sectional area 70 sq. mm 3.5 Core for Connection of Pump Motor to Starter all as Specified and directed by Engr-in -charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Cubical type CPRI approved dust and vermin proof and water proof LT Panel of Suirable size to accomodate the incoming and outgoing accessories indoor type floor mounted including PCC (1:3:6) type C1 in foundation grouting & fabrication totally enclosed with double door factory made out of 16 guage MS Sheet and angle iron of 50x50x6 mm size duly painted with two coats of red synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide Primer with locking arrangement made of MS Angle iron frame work and CRCA SHEET OF 3.15mm thick as per IS 5039 duly painted with powder coated paint of approved shade . The Panel shall be suitable for 415 Volts ,50 Hz 3 Phase 4 wire system and shall be complete with suitable capacity copper bus bar ( 1.5 times the incoming switch gear current rating) with suitable size of PVC Copper conductor,thimbles glands and shall be completed all as directed with following accessories. The Construction of the PCC Pedestal will be as per the manufacturers instruction and deemed to be included in quoted rate.The Panel will be comprises of the following. Note:- Rate quoted includes dismantling the unserviceable Panel along with all accessories and depositing back to MES Storeyard and making good the disturbed Surface. Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc, or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc. 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soilcomplete all as specified.

Supply and Fix Pressure Guage 4"dial 0-21 kg/Sqcm presure rating all as Specified & directed.
