Taking down Shutters of any description N exc 1 sqm each

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube , suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & directed.

S&F factory made solid panel pvc door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

S&F factory made UPVC white colour fixed window made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm(+-0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (60mm x 58mm). T profile (Onevertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm). Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket. 1.2 +–0.2mm thick, galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), T profile (27mm x 17 mrn) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners- 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost Net opening will be measured for payment purpose.) Area exceeding 1.00 sqm but not exceeding® 2.00 sqm each.

S&F Powder coated Anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing , handles 2nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc, complete all as soecified.

S&F Aluminium (Die cast ) body door closer hydraulically regulated designation No-3, universal type , suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed .

S&f Powder coated Aluminium windows and ventilator shutters top hung shutters , aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium beading, screws, anodised aluminum fittings such as peg stays 150mm long, with suitable handle complete all as specified.

S&F 40mm th second class hardwood, plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers: supplied and fitted to chowkats.

S&F 30mm th second class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats

M&L for two coats of Synthetic enamel paint incl preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces over one coat of pink primer of wooden surfaces any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster, of any description

M&L rendering 15mm th on fair face of brickwork or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 , rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for 1mm thick wall care putty on wall

M&L two coats of oil bound distemper including preparation of newly plastered surfaces with one coat of chalk whitning .

M&L one coat of oil bound distemper over old decorated surfaces.

M&L rendering 10mm th on ceilings on fair face of brickwork or concrete surfaces in CM1:4 , rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of new surface & applying two coats of white washing on ceiling .

M&L for applying one coat of white washing on old decorated surfaces of ceiling .

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces including preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces over one coat of priming coat of red oxide.
