Material & Labour for earthing with copper plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 3.15mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of copper strip 25 x 3mm as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, chorcoal and common salt in alternatee layer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of vintage panel including old damaged foundation from any size and description from existing location complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply,install, testing and commissioning of Silent Diesel engine driven generating set 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire engine as per BS 5514/ IS 10002 and alternator, DG Set as per IS : 13364 complete with relay panel for automatic starting on mains failure, control panel having meters, sound proof canopy and foundation etc for capacity 30 KVA as per ISO - 8528 conforming to the detailed specification as under:-

(a) Engine : The Diesel Engine shall be radiator water cooled, 1500 RPM , Cylinder 3 Nos. Starting stopping : Electrical start with 12 V DC 1 x 90 AH, 12 V Exide / Prestolite Low Maintenance Battery,Mechanical governer , The fuel tank provided shall be suitably mounted on the base frame fabricated out of 16 SWG MS sheets and capacity to run the genset for 8 to 12 hours continuously on full load. Fuel tank shall have Drain plug, Hand hole for cleaning, vent breather, fuel suction and return connections, fuel level indicator fuel filling neck with cap etc as per the standards. The engine and alteranator shall be directly coupled to ensure perfect alignment. The engine and alternator shall be mounted on a common base frame with AVM pads all as per manufracturer, Make - GREAVES.

(b) Alternator : Rating 24 KW / 30 KVA at 1500 RPM 415 V Phase to Phase and 240 Volt Phase to Neutral, 50 Hz 3 Phase 4 wire system alternato Screen protected / drip proof, self ventilating, self excited, self regulated, brushless, contineous duy protention IP 21 as per IS 13364 developing 30 KVA at 0.8 PF. It shall have provision for 10% overload for one hour on every 12 hours, The alternator shall confirm to IS : 13364/BS5000

(c) Controls/Protection : (i) Low LOP fault indication (ii) Indication for Water Temparature, (iii) High Colant Temparature fault Indication, (iv) Failure to start fault indication (v) Battery Volage monitoring, (vi) Low Battery Indication, (vii) Fuel level Indication, (viii) Engine RPM meter, (ix) Engine run hours meter, (x) Voltage for all three Phases, (xi) Amper meter for measuring current in all three phase. (xii) Frequency meter indication, (xiii) Protection for Over/Under Voltage (xiv) Protection for Over/Under Voltage (xv) Electronic tamper proof KWH meter 3 phase, 4 wire system with suitable ratio CTs. (xvi) Oveload protection (xvii)Suitable capacity of Battery charger shall be provided in the control panel to charge the batteries when mains supply in availbale.(xvii) Safeties against low Lube oil Pressure, high coolant Temperature, over load under & over voltage, under & over frequency Auto Shut Down, Visual & Audio Alarm against fault. When the Gen set is running the battery will be charged from the charging alternator.

(d) Acoustic enclosure : (i) Shall be maticulously designed CNC Turret punch press and hydraulic press brake manufractured body out of corrossion resistant cold rolled steel 16 SWG CRCA / MS sheet duly surface trated phosphated and finally powder coated constructed from folded sections to ensure regidness and aesthatic in looks. Canopy panel and doors shall have High density/ fire retradent / non igniting and noise reduction type Foam or Resin bonded Rock wool of suitable density properly covered with fibre cloth / tissue and perforated fixed to absorb noise. The average sound levell when measure in greenfiled (ISO 8525 Part 10) at 1 meter distance from all four sides is less than 75 dB (A) average as per CPCB Norms The average stablised hot air temperature rise with i the canopy near suction air filter to be maintained 7 degree centigrade over and above the ambient temperature Four higned doors shall be provided to canopy one door shall have glass window for control panel. The exhaust gasses shall be taken out through a suitable flexible pipe to prevent any back pressure on the engine. Provision shall be made on the canopy for connectig the output cable terminatiion should be provided. (ii) The exhaust system and noise suppressor shall be provided with thermal insulation, to prevent excess heat radiation on the Engine and safe for operator. (iii) Absorbtion type non residential silencer insulated from inside with glass wool shall be provided to suppress exhaust noise from the Engine. (iv) A suitably designed draught ventilation system is to be incorporated.

(e) DG power Control Panel : (i) Shall be outdoor type sheet steel type cubicle type control panel ,floor standing, dust and vermin proof under normal conditions complete with all internal wiring & will house the following:- (a) AC voltmeter (b) AC ammeter (c) vibrating reed Frequency meter (d) Indicating Lamps for SET ON & LOAD ON (e) MCCB for short circuit & Overload Protection (f) Aluminium Bus bars of adequate rating (g) Provision for bottom entry & Exit of power cabling (g)set of current transformer (h) set of control fuses.

Supply and fix on load change over switch 415 volts in sheet metal encloser 4 pole of capacity 160 Amps complate all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 4 core 16 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 4 core 25 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated ,unsheathed cable FRLS, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and incuding medium grade, ISI marked, casing caping on wall/ceiling and incuding provision of 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor including plastic laminated sheet cover for mounting switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose surface bakelite 65x50mm, 3 terminal complete all as specified.

S & F switch piano, flush type single pole, one way 6 Amp complete all as specified and as directed

S & F Exhaust fan 230 volts , 300mm,metal body including making all electric connection complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for cutting of circular holes at any type of wall suitable size for fixing of exhaust fan of size 300mm sweep grouting 04 nos 100mm long screw 12mm dia stud bolts with suitable size wooden frame including making good disturbed surfaces of wall and colour wash of matching surfaces as per exiting as as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Installation/ Fix Reverse Osmosis plant with dual disinfection which will kill all pathogen including viruses bacterias fungi present in the water of out put capacity 100 liters per hour with all type filters, membrane, softener complete with warranty of 30 months all as basic requirement for running of RO Plant complete all specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make - InNow India Pvt Ltd or Equivalent.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 10 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI strip 32x6mm as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, chorcoal and common salt in alternatee layer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F sheet metal enclosures Double Door Distribution Board SPN 4 way 240 volt with 200 Amps rated bus bar, dust and vermin proof, suitable for incorporation of MCBs & isolaters etc and making all necessary connections, duly flush of wall surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MCB, C curved type, SPN 240 Volt 10 KA, 6 to 32 Amps, with over load and short circuit protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fixing of hot water Geysers of 25 ltrs capacity 5 star rated vertical type includng fixing of bolts , nuts grouted into the wall , and necessary cement work , making good of disturbed surface of wall , giving electric and water connection and testing after installation all as specified and directed.

Material and labour point wiring for power point controlled by one, one way switch using 2.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor ,PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH cables in and including 20 mm width or higher size PVCconduit and fittings of medium grade fitted with chromium plated brass screws & washers and 2.5 sqmm nominal cross sectioanl area multistranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire and connecting to earth dolly and brass screws, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Switch socket combination 15 Amps complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & laying galvanized steel tubing, medium grade laid in trenches/floor/wall and joined including necessary fittings such as bends, elbow, tees, sockets, etc for 15mm dia pipe all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix of Angle stop valve of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed, (Minimum weight 15mm-90gms) all as specified and directed

Supply and fix stop cock, 15mm, cast copper alloy cromium plated fancy type and testing for entire satisfaction for Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix bib tap 15mm dia, outer thread, cst copper alloy chromium plated complete inclusive 15mm dia GI socket and all incoming water connection and testing for entire satisfaction complete all as specified and as directed.

B/R Portion Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in any type of soil, each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus spoil to distance not exceeding 50 mtr and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pre-cast PCC solid block walling with cement concrete type C1 (1:3:6, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregrates) exc.10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6,complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors finished, surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M&L for 2 Coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer incl prepration of newly plastered surface on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) in two coats (10mm and 5mm thick) mixed with water proofing compound with 5mm thick layer on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F Steel work in tublar trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade ST-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) Ty D2 using in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 , Type C2 (40mm gradd stone aggregate) as in fixing of RCC/PCC/steel post or similar type of works etc complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

S & F for Steel work in tubular trusses with support posts including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 of Fe 410-W (GdeE- 250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 5Km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strenngth of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description , over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer all as specified.
