(iii) Studies of settlement characteristics of soil based on consolidation tests and liquid and plastic limit. (iv) Stratification of soil for entire depth of bore log including ground water table location and other properties. Evaluation of shear parameters of undisturbed soil samples by adopting direct shear test.
(v) Nature moisture content (NMC), void ratio and porosity, Tri- axial and direct shear test and confined compression test of undisturbed samples and bulk,submerged and dry density of the soil.
(b)Compilation of SSI Report as per IS (viz. Filed and laboratory test results, Preparation of reports, Recommendation for different type of foundations, water table) with clear unambiguous recommendations for types of foundation for all structures with bearing capacity/pile capacities. The recommendations will be duly vetted by the vetting agency as per Notes.

Submission of all report booklets 05 (Five) copies with CD 01 (One) copy duly indicating the following:-
(i) Evaluation of safe bearing capacity of the soil with respect to shear failure test and permissible settlement (Total and differential) alongwith recommendation about type of foundation and minimum depth of foundation to be adopted.
(ii) Evaluation of liquefaction potential.
(iii) Evaluation of K-value.
(iv) Specific suggestion if any soil treatment if required below foundation/ ground floor/ roads and type of treatment to be carried out.

(m) Annexure including bore logs, c-Ø and indicated for BHs, likelihood of water- logging at site must also be checked.
2. If the soil/water has high (more than permissible) contents of sulphate, chlorides or any other deleterious material, the same should be brought out and appropriate recommendation be offered. The required chemical analysis needs to be undertaken for the same.
3. All relevant IS code on the subject should be followed and mentioned at appropriate places. Signed copy to be forwarded.

e) All device communication with the server must be secured using TLS/SSL encryption. Central System must not support non-secure connections.
f) System must work without any need of static IP. No static IP will be provided for any location.

Periodic reporting shall be enabled according to the format decided by the engineer-in-charge. All runtime/ development licenses must be included in the above for creation and maintenance of the system. The same shall be installed on a workstation/ personal computer and shall have the following functionalities.
(1) The central system software will report online trend for monitoring and should be capable of controlling devices. It should have all basic functionalities such as monitoring, control, historian (For trend analysis), alarm generation, and reporting.
(2) The software with various reporting options and can store minimum 12 months of data.
(3) The software have bidirectional operation on at least on Modbus DNP3, IEC61850 protocols and shall have more than 1500 tags. It must support SVG and PNG formats of assets.

Development, Programming, Testing and Commissioning of all SCADA software screens, Annual Reporting Modules, Alerts and Alarms as follows:
1. Programming and development of schedulars to ensure that local jobs are not down; and to kickstart the same. Development of site-based scheduling algorithms for the same.
2. Reports as per MES requirements to multiple mailboxes. The module shall be self programmable with training and support. Programming, configuration and customisation of the Smart Platform with respect to the pumps house as per actual site conditions and requirement of the engineer. Creation of Day wise Reports for :-

Supply and Fixing of Ultrasonic/ electromagnetic type flow meter for 20mm size, with IP 68 protection for circuit, with pressure class PN16 local indication and Lora/ Lorawan communication protocol, capable of working in ambient temperature of 0 deg C till 50 Deg c and Humidity upto 95% with battery/ adequate power supply, nut, bolts, gasket and complete all as per specified as directed. The meter shall give the total water consumption alongwith water flow rate. The meter supplier has to supply the receiving interface. Note: The Meter if not suitable for IP68 for electronics shall have Remote Display Unit that shall be installed in a MS Enclosure on the wall or Ground to prevent the electronic unit from being water logged.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Outdoor type gateway for Monitoring of water meter.
(i) The gateway shall have (commercial grade) minimum 600Mhz processor with 512MB RAM, with 02 Nos. RS485 and LAN communication interface along with Lora, Lorawan, Modbus, DNP3 protocols to interface with the water meter, Aux. supply 24V DC, Program memory backup facility for 180 days, Real time clock, Operating temperature range O to 70·c. with inbuilt GPRS modern (4G enabled with at least 150MBPS speed) with suitable external antenna, capable of sending data remotely and SMS as well. The gateway shall be NABL certified as per IEC 61010-1 (clause 6.8}-Dielectric and IEC 60255-27 (clause 10.5.3) -Impulse testing.
The modem shall be inbuild type and have following features:
(i) GPRS Multi-slot GPRS class 10/8; GPRS station class B
(ii) Power Class 4 (2 W@ 850/900 MHz) and Power Class 1 (1 W@ 1800/1900 MHz)
(iii) QMI and MBIM enabled
(iv) Auto restore -time reset
The gateways shall connected to applications that are hosted on meity approved cloud. The gateway shall be capable of receiving data from more than 100 meters in its radius.
