Material and labour for one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @0.8 ltr (undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats. Material and labour for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint with using auto roller for making the surface uniform complete all as directed. Material and labour for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface with using auto roller for making the surface uniform complete all as specified and directed. Note : - (a) Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Note against Item No 01 to 05 and Additional Note against Item No 06 : (a.) The prepatory and application work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator duly certified by manufacturer of the Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. Before execution of work necessary approval shall be taken from Garrison Engineer with all documentary evidances. (b) Necessary scaffolding and ladder of approx. 10 m height shall be provided by the contractor in his own arrangement. Green cloth shall be provided all around the work site for any position/ height with all safety precaution (i.e Safety Jacket, Safety Shoes, Safety Masks, Safety Helmet, Safety harness, Safety Goggles etc.) Without safety precaution this work not been commenced as decided by Engineer-In-Charge/ by Garrison Engineer. No extra cost shall be paid for such precaution. Such precaution shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c.) The contractor shall upload along with the documents under cover-I (i.e Technical Bid), ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MOU) duly notarised not later than 03 months with only one manufacturer mentioned in the Contract Agreement, failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected and Cover-II ( i.e. Financial bid) will not be opened. Validity of MOU shall be valid during the currency of the work. During currency of the work only those worker shall be worked at site who will be duly cerified by the Manufacturer. Both side affidavit of Rs/- 10 stamp paper i.e. from the side of Manufacturer and from the side of worker shall be provided during the currency of work. (d) Insurance for each worker shall be provided during currency of the work and no extra cost shall be paid. The same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (e) No work shall be commenced without furnishing above documents to the concerned authority. (f) Masking of window/doors during spray painting using polythine film shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (g) No payment for additional height shall be paid to the contactor. (h) Cleaning and clearing site of paint, mats etc. are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No completion will be issued without proper cleaning of site as per direction of Garrison Engineer or by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on internal surface of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of ceiling surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers (10 mm +5 mm) on external faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement with using approved LWPC on second layer (5 mm) as per manufacturer instruction including taking down cement plaster complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: (a) LWPC shall be measured and paid including this item (b) Certificate from Manufacturer of LWPC shall be provided for necessary quanity aginst total mix either Cum or by weight of Cement bag.
