Shock absorber assembly (Front), 02 Nos. Spring main leaf, 01 Set spring mounting pad, 02 Nos. shackle pin assembly, 02 Nos. center bolt including greasing workn and complete testing. (b) Repair to engine pulling weak by replacement of 01 Set piston ring, 01 No. Head gasket, 01 No. Water pump assy, 01 No. timing belt, 01 No. Timing adjuster, 01 Set engine valve, 01 Set valve guide, 01 Set valve oil seal, 03 Nos. Spark plug, 03 ltrs. Mobil oil, 01 No. Mobil filter, 01 No. Air filter, 01 No. AC pump assy., including lathe machining work for head repairing valve grinding work etc. and complete including testing. (c) Replacement of 01 No. silencer box assembly, 02 Nos. silencer mounting, 02 Nos. Silencer joint including welding work etc and testing all complete. (d) Complete dismantling of dynamo assembly. and removing unserviceable spares including repair the same by replacing 01 No. Dynamo armature, 01 Set rectifire, 01 Set carbon, 01 No. Bush and assembling properly and complete including testing. (e) Repair to door sound & door locking system including by replacement of 02 Nos. door lock front, 02 Set sliding bearing upper & lower (Both side), 01 Set door board, 02 Dozen screw with washer & 01 No. Door outer handle and testing all complete. (f) Complete dismantling of differential assemble and removing unserviceable spares repair the same by replacing 01 Set Bavel star pinion , 02 Nos. differntial side bearing, 01 Set oil seal, 01 Set washer, 02 ltrs. Gear oil, 01 No. Three bond paste and assembling properly inmcluding testing. Sch of Credit Rs. 1150.00 will be deducted from the quoted rate

VEHICLE – TATA MOBILE , BA NO.- 07C – 081554K (a) Complete dismantling of dynamo assembly and removing unserviceable spares repair the same by replacing 01 No. Dynamo armature, 01 Set rectifire , 01 No. cutout, 01 set carbon, 01 No. bush with assembing properly and complete including testing all complete. (b) Complete dismantling of gear box assembly and removing unserviceable spares, repair the same by replacing 01 No. gear box top shaft assembly, 01 No. 3rd gear pinion. 01 Set synchroniser brass ring, 01 No. main shaft bearing, 01 No. sliding assembly, 01 No. Top shaft bearing, 01 Set gear box joint, 03 ltrs. gear oil, 01 set gear lever kit, 02 Nos. three bond paste and assembling properly complete including testing. (c) Repair to suspension system including by replacement of 01 Set suspension bush, 01 Set suspension ball joint, 01 Set tie rod end, 01 No. drag link assemnbly and testing all complete (d) Repair to glass lifting system including replacement of 02 nos. glass machine (Front), 02 Nos. glass bracket, 02 Nos. glass handle (Rear), and testing all complete. (e) Repair to steering sound by replacement of 01 No. steering pump, 01 No. Steering cross, 01 ltr. Steering oil including all testing complete. (f) Repair to propeller shaft sound including by replacement of 01 Set Propeller shaft yoke teeth, 03 Nos. P.S. cross, 01 No. Cross holder including lathe machine work for yoke & teeth cutting fitting and testing all complete.Sch of Credit Rs. 1200.00 will be deducted from the quoted rate

VEHICLE – MARUTI GYPSY , BA NO.- 11B – 109932X (a) Repair to clutch system including by replacement of 01 Set clutch plate & pressure plate, 01 No. clutch release bearing, 01 No. clutch frock, 01 No. clutch cable etc. and complete including testing. (b) Repair to propeller shaft by replacement of 02 Set P.S. yoke & teeth, 03 Nos. P.S. cross, 02 Nos. cross holder including lathe machining charges for yoke & teeth cutting & fitting work etc. and testing all Complete. (c) Complete dismantling of wiper system and removing unserviceable spares and repair the same by replacing 01 No. wiper motor, 01 Set arm with blade, 02 Nos. wiper wheel box, and aseembling properly and complete including testing. (d) Complete dismantling of dynamo assembly and removing unserviceable spares and repair the same by replacing 01 No. armature, 01 Set rectifire, 01 Set carbon, 01 No. Bearing, 01 No. Bush and assembling properly including complete testing. (e) Complete dismantling of differential assembly and removing unserviceable spares and repair the same by replacing 01 Set Bavel star pinion, 02 Nos. Side bearing, 01 No. differential spandle, 01 Set side bearing, 01 No. differential spandle, 01 Set washer, 01 Set lock pinion, 01 Set oil seal, 2.5 ltr. gear oil, 01 No. three bond paste and assembling properly with complete testing. (f) Repair the suspension sound front & rear inluding by replacement of 01 Set bushing kit, 01 No. tie rod end assembly, 02 Nos. shock absorber (Front), 01 Set spring pad, 02 Nos. center bolt and complete including testing. (g) Repair rear wheel sound including by replacement of 02 Nos. wheel drum (Rear), 02 Nos. wheel bearing , 02 Nos. wheel oil seal including greasing and testing all complete. Sch of Credit Rs. 1550.00 will be deducted from the quoted rate
