Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc 50.00mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point in soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : The top of filled trench shall be made proud by using the excavated soil to cater for subsequent settlement of soil.

Material and labour for earthing with copper earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to 4 mm dia GI wire protected by 50 mm bore light grade galvanised iron pipe and other end connected to test point as directed including funnel with wire mesh and watering pipe 20 mm bore medium grade galvanised iron pipe with charcoal and common salt in alternaterlayers of 15 cm thickness all around the GI plate electrode with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 with cast iron frame including cast iron cover10mm thick hinged to CI frame and 8mm MS rod for handle including painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and put number marked with GI plate above 45 cm from ground level as per colour code in AF station, necessary excavation and earth wok in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n exc 50 m and necessary testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I all as specified. 'U' type gasket shall be used to make the inner shell completely vermin proof and to accomodate incommer/outgoing MCCBs and TPN copper busbars of rating 1.5 times that of controlling MCCB. TPN busbar and extension link shall be insulated with color coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size SMC insulator at suitable inteval throghout the length of TPN busbar. supported on SMC insulator, bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100mm x50mm x5mm thick, entire panel shall have a common aluminium earth bar of size 25mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 Nos earth stud, solid connections from main bus bar to switchgears with required size of copper bus bars. All control wiring with minimum 4.0 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable, cable alleys, cable gland, plates in two half and general construction confirming to IS:8623/93. Computer cut self adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone & skull be provided on the busbar chamber and front of outer shell and The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-54 and mounted on suitable PCC foundation. A detechable pre drilled gland plate of thickness 3mm should be used at bottom shell. Provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom & lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the feeder pillat box safely shall be made. Indicating lamps LED type, 230volts, AC at the incomer of the unit to show three phase availability at the outgoing of incomer including tamper proof digital meter to measure voltage, current with CT & PT (Make- Secure/L&T/HPL/Schneider). An inspection lamp with 5 watt LED bulb shall be fitted on top side of inner shell.
