M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over and including over and including 20mm thick cement screed base 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including disamantling of kota stone slab and removing debris from premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screedbase laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including 15 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:6)including disamantling of kota stone slab and removing debris from premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on surfaces of walls with wall putty of 1.0 mm thick wherever requried as per direction of Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Wall Putty will be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for 1 mm thick internal wall putty on wall/Ceiling surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on surfaces of ceiling with putty of 1.0 mm thick whereever requried as per direction of Engr-in-charge compelete all as specified and as directed. Note: Wall Putty will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for preparing old external surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of weather proof paint and painted surfaces of external wall and applying one coat of antifungal paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and fixing false ceiling of designer tile ivory/white painted (high pressure steam cured ) of 4mm thick (as per IS: 14862) of size 595x595mm and any one of the design (cascade or electra) in true horizontal level. Suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel section (galvanized @120gsm both side inclusive and black painted groove on all T webs) consisting of main T runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32mm made of 0.3mm thick sheet spaced at 1200mm c/c and cross T of size 15x32mm made of 0.3mm sheet 1200mm long spaecd between main T at 600mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondary cross T of length 600mm and size 15x32mm made of 0.3mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600mm and wall angle of size 24x22x0.40mm and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including required cutting/making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc.Main T runners to be suspended from trusses/ceilings using suitable suspension arrangement as per manufacturers instructions/literature. GI adjustable wire of 4mm dia with galvanized butterfly level clips spaced at 1200mm c/c along main T bottom exposed width of 15mm of all T section of 4mm dia GI wire shall be pre-painted with with polyster paint and black painted groove at centre of size 4mm depth and 4.5mm width, including taking down old false ceiling board of any description alongwith rails and connecting items all complete at all heights as per direction of Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks exc. 250 ltr n. exc. 500 ltr, and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc.

Dismantling of chain link fencing of any gauge & size exceeding 4kg/sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 12mm long complete all as specified and as directed,

S& F angle iron post in fencing and similar work shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel') iincluding Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described including priming with red oxide and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C- 2 in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) including demolition of exisitng concrete complete all as specified and as directed

Up rooting of tree from walls of bldgs up to extranded root and spraying of acid of required quantity complete from any location of Bldg up to 4 storied and making good disturbed surfaces with cement mortar (1:4) or PCC type C1(1:3:6) using 20mm graded aggregate including necessary scafolding complete for tree of girth up to 5 to 10 CM area exc 1 Sqm but n exc 2 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) internal surfaces on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces,making finished even and smooth without extra cement including Taking down of cement plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of newly plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over and including 1 mm thick internal wall putty with alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) in two layers mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction in top layer 5 mm thick finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Liquid water proofing compound shall not be measured and paid seperately.

Material & Labour preprartion of new surface and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Hollow PVC wall panelling and lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on GI frame as per speicifications including taking down existing wall panelling and similar work as per direction of Engr-in-charge.

Schedule of Credit
