Material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, alkali & fungal resistance dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer @ 0.90/10 Sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @0.9 ltr (undiluted)/10 sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Colour stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algae properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper masking to be carried out before primer and paint application).

Material and labour for two coats of smooth interior acrylic emulsion with rich matt finish having VOC less than 50 grams per ltr complying LEEDS criteria @1 ltr (unndiluted) /10 sqm diluted with water in 2:1 ratio applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster of any description on brick work, conrete work or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surface, finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm thick backing layer + 5mm thick top layer) in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, chajja, fins, facia etc upto 3 stories height, mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) @ 3% by weight of cement mixed in 5mm thick top layer or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as direted. NOTE:- (i) Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) Cost of scaffolding upto 3 stories height of building is included in quoted rate. .

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES FOR ITEM NOS 2.00 TO 8.00, 14.00, 26.00 & 27.00 :- (a) Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper masking to be carried out before primer and paint application). (b) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed by authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by GE. (c) The cost of scaffolding upto 10m height of building shall be included in the quoted rate. (d) The contractor shall upload MOU letter with any one of manufacturer and also with their authorised applicator mentioned in the tender alongwith their bid in cover-I failing which his bid will be rejected. Authorised applicator shall have valid authorisation letter from the manufacturer (Minimum regional HQs) and shall have been issued not less than 30 days from the date of commencement of the work. The authorisation letter needs to be valid for the complete period of execution of the painting work. (e) After preparation of the surface, Engr-in-Charge shall approve the same before applying primer and finishing coats. (f) Building wise stage passing register shall be maintained and shall be signed by Engr-in-Charge and contractor. (g) The equipments to be used in the work shall be certified by the manufacturer with whom the MOU been entered into. (h) Contractor shall submit approved company generated 05 years warranty card at the time of submission of RAR & Final Bill. 15% amount of this item will be retained in FB for a period of 05 years from the certified date of completion. (j) Masking of windows / doors during spray painting using polythene film is inluded in the quoted rates. (k) Cleaning and clearing of site of painting, mats etc after completion of work is included in the quoted rate.

Removal of plant/ vegetation/ bushes growth etc from roof or parapet of building including removing of root and making good disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 including mixing only liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.
