S&F powder coated aluminium door and window shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.75 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix aluminium anodised (powder coated) Ventilator frame with side hung Shutter(bottom Half Portion Fixed and top half portion openable shutte with 4.0mm thick frosted glass) including all necessary joining cleats, hold fast, rubber gasket, snap beading and locking arrangements,Hinges,Tower bolt fixed with screws to wall etc. complete and glazing with and including 4 mm thick frosted glass to aluminium frame work using rubber gasket and including stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36 mm dia & average width of aperture 1.40mm with staple or suitable fillets wire mesh fitted with screws and washers etc including aluminium grill of thickness 5mm and opening not exceeding 75mmx75mm etc completee with the following section of frame and shutter (A) Sections for shutter - section 41 x 20 x 1.50 mm thick (B) Section for frame 63.5 X 38.1X 1.53mm thick, complete all as specified & directed. S&F prelaminated particle board of 12mm thick, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) light shade polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and inluding 15 mm thick screed bed in Cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and inluding 15 mm thick screed bed in Cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of RCC with concrete cutter machine of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including taking out and seperating old reinforcement and removal of debries to a distance not exc 50m as directed by Engineer in charge and making site clean complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate deemed to be included in quoted rate for during demolition of RCC water tank the temporary arrangment of water connection using 500 liter pvc water tank shall be provided by the contractor till completion of work

Material and labour for taking down of existing roof treatment from roof and terrace, roughening surface of old concrete roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and applying roof treatment with the following steps and specifications:- a) Applying crack seal compound of same manufacture of waterproof to fill all cracks of observed on the roof. b) Applying cement slurry over concrete surfaces @3kg/sqm. c) Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures’ instruction(not less than 3% by weight of cement) on cleaned concrete surfaces of roof and finishing the surfaces fair and even including curing the plastered surfaces for 7 days by ponding of water over the roof, (leveling course). d) Applying evenly one coat of primer coating (diluted with water in the ratio specified by Manufacturers) (min @100-110Sq Ft per liter (diluted quantity)) on the cleaned plastered surfaces. The surface shall be left for air dry for minimum period of 2-3 Hrs. e) Applying evenly one coat of elastomeric water proof coat in one direction (as specified by Manufacturers)(min@ 0.9-1.0 sqm per ltrs) and allow to air dry for 4-6 hrs before applying second coat in other direction perpendicular to the first one (as specified by Manufacturers) (min @0.9-1.0 sqm per ltrs. The total thickness of two coats shall be 0.5 to 0.6 mm. f) The whole system shall be left for air cure for min Seven days (without any movement). Make : - Dr Fixit Newcoat Ezee or Berger Home Shield PU RoofKoat or Asian Paints Smartcare Damp Proof or as equivalent approved by GE. Note : - (i) The waterproofing shall be carried out in the last stage of execution to avoid any damages during the execution. (ii) Payment against this item shall not be allowed till completion of all the stages of work for any slab. (iii) The work shall be executed through well-trained applicators as per manufacturer’s instructions after obtaining written approval from the GE

S&F 500 ltrs rotational moulded polyethylene white colour square type water storage tanks (ISI marked) with closed top hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing 20 mm dia ball brass valve high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete scrwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and conncection 20 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 20 mm bore tubes medium grade galvanized with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor bore, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old external surfaces of existing treatment by washing, rubbing down and stopping of weather proof paint and painted surfaces of external wall and applying one coat of antifungal paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying a coat of distemper oil emulsion on surfaces of walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) external surfaces on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) internal surfaces on other than fair faces of brick work or one side of lathing surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of newly plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion including 1.5mm thick internal wall putty with alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of newly plastered on walls and applying two coat of acrylic smooth exterior paint including 1.5mm thick external wall puty oil emulsion, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete above ground floor and pavings exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) unreinforced, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing 15 mm bore from wall/ceilings including all fittings segrated and stacking the pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for CPVC pipes of 20 mm outer dia, SDR 11 and plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ ceiling or laying in wall/ceiling or laying in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor overall cover plate length 150mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of chain link fencing of any gauge & size exceeding 4kg/sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 05 cum getting out, returning. Filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm, getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 30cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described including priming with red oxide and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade incl 25mm thick sand cushioning and providing 50mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 as in sub-base inclusive of dismantling stone slabs and demolition of PCC, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre-painted chequered cement concrete tiles with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportions and no pigments 20 cm x 20 cm x25 mm thick, over and including 20 mm thick Screed of CM (1:6) and set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry to be laid, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ridge/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screw in roofs including dismantling of old u/s sheet, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild Steel work in tubular trusses Fe-410 including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 etc as in post, roof purlins rafter and connected items, complete all as specified and directed.

S& F angle iron post in fencing and similar work shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel'), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry Type C1 Type C1(1:3:6) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over over new complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removal of debries to a distance not exc 50m as directed by Engineer in charge and making site clean complete all as specified and directed,
