Supply, Laying, jointing & testing of Ductile iron (DI), pressure pipes Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Ductile Iron Pressure Pipes with Spigot & Socket end, Class K-9 conforming to IS: 8329/2000 (latest revision) -blast furnace slag cement with Portland cement properties suitable for (push-on) rubber gasket jointing with inside cement mortar lining and Black bitumen external coating, duly ISI marked suitable for push on joint(rubber gasket joint) in any length with inside cement mortar lining, 100 mm bore laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix 100 mm bore Cast Iron Sluice valve of Class PN-1.6 long body type, heavy duty, ISI marked (IS 1538) flanged end with iron wheel and brass spindle including rubber gasket joints, nuts, bolts etc as in repair complete all as specified and directed. Make:-Zoloto/Kirloskar/ Leader

Dismantling existing u/s valvepit & Construction of brick masonary valve pit size 90x 90x90 CM (internal dimension) one brick thick wall in cm 1:4 and 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 in foundation and 15 mm thick plastering. Providing valve pit cover made of 3 mm thick MS sheet/plate welded with 40x40x6 mm angle iron frame fixed or top of valve pit by means of hold fast 150mm long, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B1, bricks of size 230x110x75 including two coat of anticorrsive paint over a coat of red oxide primer and necessary earth work in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for ductile iron pipes fittings both flanged and socket type i.e. socket, bend, nipple, Y and tail piece flange etc and all jointing materials of pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks with old size bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry/ concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
