Material and labour for providing precast reinforced cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area not exceeding 100 sqcm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Mild steel deformed bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for chainlink fencing and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified. Material and labour for Mild steel deformed bars, 8 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified. Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Supply and fix hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh,any type complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only M.S Galvanised chain link fencing any size or type. Note: (a)The sample only be approved by GE after physical check. (b) The contractor shall produce necessary test certificate for galvanised coating and without the same no payment shall be made to the contractor.

Fixing only chainlink fencing incl line wire any mesh size and type of any type of standard, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long with dia 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in sub bases of floor finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in flooring finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Supply and fix of galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, straining bolts at ends, staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified. Note: The contractor shall produce necessary test certificate for galvanised coating and without the same no payment shall be made to the contractor.

Material and labour for prepration new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Demolition of Precast concrete block/ Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, laid with cement morter complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks 1:3:6 type C1 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified. Note: Formwork shall be paid including this item but reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing even and smooth complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of external primer paint to external walls including complete all as specifies and directed

Supply and fix Concertina coil razor tape barbed wire (reinforced barbed tape) of the following specification :- (i) Dia of coil when un stretched 800 mm (ii) No of circles 5. to 5. per coil (iii) Weight of each coil 13 to 15 KG (iv) Coverage per coil 8 RM (v) Central core wire :- Made from high tensile spring steel core wire conforming to IS-4454 duly hot dipped galvanized (conforming to IS-2629) with dia meter 2.59 mm + 0.05 mm, UTS 145 -160 Kg/Sqmm, Zinc coating 250-300/per Sqm (vi) Strip :- Electro galvanized steel strip 0.5 mm + 0.02 mm thick, width 19 mm (before wrapping on central core wire) conforming to IS 1573, Zinc coating -120 gm.Sqm and bituminized dipped, width of barbs 11.5 mm, pitch of barbs 25.4 mm + 0.2 mm (vii) Clips : - AISI 304 -1.5 mm thick c and u clips C special type for fixing coil and RBT wire U clips special type for joining one coil to another coil and RBT wire to RBT wire joining (viii) No of clips 125 for each coil (ix) Handle and spikes to be provided as required Note : (a) Running length of the wall shall be measured. Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m depth for foundation shafts well cesspits manholes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block 1:3:6 type C1 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates exceeding 10 cm in width and getting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain face, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in any kind of soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 m lead, at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above from the starting point and depositing where directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 in internal faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement with using approved LWPC as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified.
