Dismantling of water tanks with capacity exceeding 500 ltrs but not exceeding 1000 ltrs and removing to store complete all as directed.

Demolition of existing roof padding including roof treatment complete carefully by cutting, chiselling etc cleaning the surfaces by scrapping, booming brushing etc and removing the rubbish from site to a distance exc 50m and n.exc 100m all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and M&L for applying roof treatment as under :- (i) Providing 10mm thick (average) rendering in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with WPC as per manufacture's instruction (to be measured and paid including this item) for levelling to a true surface and to receive new roof treatment complete. (ii) Providing coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm complete . (iii) Providing coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over primer surfaces alongwith aluminium paint @ 0.11 Kg/Sqm over the APP. (iv) Providing a layer of APP based polymeric membrance of approved manufacturer, 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non wooven fabrix (weighing not less than 150 gm/ Sqm) laid by torch application method, side overlaps shall be minimum 75mm and end laps shall be minimum 100mm and sealing all overlaps and joints as manufacturer's insructions and provided upto a height o 60cm in the parapets and inserted inside the parapets by cutting a groove and finished by membrane flashing complete all as directed. Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store 20 mm dia all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of timber fillets not exceeding 40 sqcm in section, in any position for unframed work complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified.

Supply and fix roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe-410W (Gde-E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new and previously untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified.

Supply and fix 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floor including demolition and breaking up existing pipes of any size complete all as specified.
