Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, precast cement concrete block walling in any position, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc,complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking of drain pipe ( salt glazed wire, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement moter for 150mm dia pipe,complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surface in any discription etc including racking out joints ,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removal of rubbish from the premises ,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Double wall Corrugated(DWC) HDPE pipes 150mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints,laid in trenches or in floors ,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against the side of drain pipe after laid and tested in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 for 150 mm dia ,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry Type C1 (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6),complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4), and finished even and smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for reinforced concrete,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete ,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains etc, cement ,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sunken treatment of toilet/Bathroom as in following steps: i) Top of RCC slab in sunken portion including peripheral beams shall be plastered with 15mm thick in cement mortar 1 : 3 using approved water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth using extra cement, curved at the junctions. ii) Apply two coats of epoxy resin/polymer modified cementations coating like brush bond of FOSROK/SIKA/Pedilite or equivalent, both on floor & beams. iii) Sunken slabs to be given 1:20 slope outward 25mm GI pipe spout with 300 mm projection beyond outer surface of wall shall be provided. iv) Water tightness of sunken portion to be tested by ponding with water for 72 hours. In case of even a slight mark of seepage, the portion to be treated and ponding shall be carried out again to confirm the water tightness of sunken slab. Note : No cutting in roof slab/beam shall be allowed for passing of CI pipes & fittings.The stage of water proofing to sunken slab shall be passed by Eng-in-charge/GE.

M & L for 25mm thick PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base floor ,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete for sunkan floor ,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement ,complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for reinforced concrete,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in cover slab for manhole drain set in cement mortar 1:4 all ,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS TMT bars 5 to 10mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping and binding with MS wire connected not less than 0.10mm dia,complete all as specified and directed.

Removing blockage of WC, Wash hand basin, floor/nahani trap, gully trap and juctiones of soil waste & vent pipe etc. manually for day to day complaint with the help of vacuum pump or rodding for complete satisfaction of users including opening and re-fixing of eye cover to bend and branch piece (Tee bend) and Finally cleaned with water to make the Job functional in any location and in any position of building. Note : (i) Disposal of sludge obtained shall be disposed of in pit made by contractor and shall be covered with soil. (ii) Rate for disposal of sludge are inclusive in quoted rates. (iii) Cost of pit for disposal of waste materials shall be deemed to be included in the item rate quoted.

Desilting of blockage/blocked Manhole of any size and depth including disposal of rubbish/sludge and making good all as directed by engineer in charge. Note : (i) Disposal of sludge obtained shall be disposed of in pit made by contractor and shall be covered with soil. (ii) Rate for disposal of sludge are inclusive in quoted rates. (iii) Cost of pit for disposal of waste materialsshall be deemed to be included in the item rate quoted.

Cleaning of all debris/vegetation over roof surfaces of unaccesible roof portion upto any height and the mouth of rain water pipe and around the tanks area and removal of materials out side the MOD land ncluding necessary scaffolding and safety measures,complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of existing 100 mm dia sewage line upto 1.00 m depth from ground level using jute or PVC nylon rope with knot at one end and other end free passed through the line or by rodding & removing all liquid/semiliquid/solid sludge etc coming in the next manhole is reomved and then the line is cleaned with water complete for effective functioning ,complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of existing 150 mm dia sewage line upto 1.50 m depth from ground level using jute or PVC nylon rope with knot at one end and other end free passed through the line or by rodding & removing all liquid/semiliquid/solid sludge etc coming in the next manhole is reomved and then the line is cleaned with water complete for effective functioning , complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of existing 200 mm dia sewage line upto 1.50 m depth from ground level using jute or PVC nylon rope with knot at one end and other end free passed through the line or by rodding & removing all liquid/semiliquid/solid sludge etc coming in the next manhole is reomved and then the line is cleaned with water complete for effective functioning , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of vitreous china squatting pan of Orissa pattern size 580 mmx440mm white with P or S tap front or back inlet and integral foot rest,complete all as specified and directed. ( Excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe)

S&F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet (pedestal pattern) white with 'P' or 'S' trap front or back inlet , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC valve less syphonic action flushing cistern type 9 to 10 ltrs capacity with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including bracket, white colour of approved make,complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down PVC(SWR) soil/RWP pipe including all fittings such as bend, shoe etc. complete including necessary scaffolding upto any height,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC(SWR) soil/RWP pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall including necessary scaffolding upto any height,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC(SWR) bends including necessary scaffolding upto any height,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix 110mm bore PVC (SWR) branch pieces, single 'Y' , equal or unequal ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix 110mm bore PVC (SWR) junction single, (single T) equal or unequal ,complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 15mm dia Push tap(Suitable for urinal) any colour high pressure of PTMT screwed for iron pipe and fixed, (Minimumweight 15mm-47gms/20mm- 75gms) ,complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 50mm dia UPVC Pipes (SCH-40) with all fittings for urinal waste and waste line,complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 75/110mm thick PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement,complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) gully trap 125/110 mm,setting and jointing with solvent cement,complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-fixing of PVC soil/RWP to wall/floor including necessary fittings such as bends, branch piece, Tee etc. including making good the surfaces including necessary scaffolding upto any height,complete all as specified and directed.
