M & L for copper earth strip of size 20mmx3mm as in earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, complete all as directed. Note: - Length beyond 7.5m (as already included in item of earthing) will be measured and paid against this item as per site requirement.

M & L for dry sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with screened and washed sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning and testing of static type silent (Eco friendly) diesel engine driven generating set 125 KVA., 0.8 PF rated at 1500 RPM direct injection, water cooled engine, 6 cylinder, in line fuel pump with electronic governor, 4 stroke, self starting, radiator, stainless steel exhaust flexible coupling, silencer, coolent inhibiter, plate type (lube oil) cooler, spin on filter (cooler, fuel and lube oil ) battery charging alternator, first fill lube oil, Two Nos. starting battery-12 V -90 AH lead acid battery with connecting leads and terminals, fuel tank with drain plug, air vent, inlet, outlet connection, level indicator, manhole etc complete engine all as specified and confirming to ISO 3046/BS-5514 directly coupled brushless alternator 125 KVA rating (100 KW), terminal voltage 415 volts 3 phase, 4 wire, self exicited, self regulated (i.e. auto voltage regulator) with voltage regulation + 5%, frequency 50 Hz, class H insulation, salient pole revolving field, double bearings and complete DG set with canopy, acoustic enclosure IP-23 class sound proof with canopy light specially designed to meet stringent MOEF/CPCB norms of 75 DBA, optimum serviceability, air inlet louvers and insulation material as per IS – 8183. The DG set shall have standard fittings/accessories as per manufacturing norms, salient ones enumerated as under :- (A) : DG Set Configuration (a) Engine control panel consisting of start push button, lub oil pressure gauge, lub oil temp gauge, water temperature gauge, RPM gauge, battery charging ammeter/indicator, cut out, MCCB Four pole of suitable rating 35 KA (01 No.) etc. (b) Hour running meter and speedometer. (c) 0-500 Volts Digital type voltmeter with selector switch, amp-meter with selector switch and frequency meter of size 96mm x 96mm size.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Notes : Quoted rate for item shall be deemed to be inclusive for the following :- (a) The contractor shall get the approval of GE for the make of the DG set they plan to procure. (b) Prior to manufactureing the general arrnagement drawing design details of the DG set and AMF panel shall be got approved from GE. (c) Spares to be provided as per above list. (d) Operation and maintenance manual/catalogues, operating tools and overhauling manual.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth & getting out, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes or for laying underground cable, pipe lines etc. in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying factory made ISI marked un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type 2 flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

3.5 core 185 Sqmm NOTE :- (a) Excavation & earth work, shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the BOQ. (b) GI pipe for laying of cable, sand cushioning, cable protection cover shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the BOQ (c) Road cutting involved during excavation for laying of cables etc shall be made good as per existing road. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates of the item shall be inclusive of the above provisions.
