Supply and fix HT overhead lines on existing poles with XLPE insulated AB 3 core x 95 sqmm+ 1x 70sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F XLPE cable jointing kit heat shrinkable, outdoor type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for voltage 11 kV (Earthed), 3 core, 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-55 (11.0 metre long) seamless type, including CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as per IS 2713 Part -I & II including painting with two coats of bituminious paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on exposed portion and making strips of width 30 cm upto 1.5 m from the ground level in black and yellow shade in alternate layer including numbering of poles using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer to embedded portion of pole including making good to match existing area complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Earthwork shall be measured and paid seperately. Volume occupied by steel pole shall be deducted to derive the quantity of PCC.

Supply, fixing and stringing ACSR (aluminium conductor galvanized steel-reinforced) of any size and type in accordance with site requirement and binding on insulator by means of 22 gauge aluminium binding wire to permissible sag complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.0 in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3 m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying Sand coarse dry as in cushioning of underground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Only punned down sand shall be measured.

Supply & laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type 1, flat shape, dimension 300 mm X 180 mm X 40 mm as per IS 5820: 1970 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for switch air break gang operated Triple pole outdoor type unit on HT 11 KV, 50 cycle AC, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator (9 insulators) and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level with earth switch, for current rating upto 200 amps including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Drop out fuse (copper) channel type fitted on two post insulator per pole per phase complete vertical type (6 insulator) connected with necessary nuts, bolts and bracket including testing conforming to IS 9835 rating 12 KV, 200 amps made of gun metal complete including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for lightening arrester/ surge protector 11 KV grade heavy duty, single pole, self supporting station class 10 KA capacity with all fittings including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, slab staging for water tanks, filling of pressed steel door frame, fixing of hold fasts and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & laying in trenches 100 mm nominal bore, medium grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

Restringing and stretching of existing sagged ACSR conductor of any size on OH electric line of any length on existing poles after disconnection of binding wires (dismantling and taking down) service connection etc and making, binding and service connection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, back plates and stay clamp fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for stay assembly of stay rod of diameter 20 mm, 1830mm long including MS galvanised stay plate of size 300mmx300mmx6mm thick galvanised thimble after dismantling of old stay set complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for hot dip galvanized stay strands of grade I, 7 Nos wires construction, wire diameter 4 mm, nominal strand diameter 12 mm, heavy zinc coating complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4.00 mm dia galvanised steel wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Trimming/ cutting of tree branches near HT OH line and disposal of unserviceable material to a distance n exc 50m and clearing site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of aluminium paint after preparation of surfaces of steel/ iron electric poles exc 10cm width or girth including pole fittings such as cross arms of any description, anti climbing devices, nuts, bolts etc. and cement base paint to PCC coping and painting 05 Nos stripes of each 30cm height in red and black with synthetic enamel paint alternatively above coping including numbering of poles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for boring under road, pavement, hard standing, by trenchless technology using latest boring technique and necessary machine complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of HDPE pipes of 150mm dia suitable for 0.40mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to earthing lead of 32 mm X 6 mm galvanised mild steel strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron from earth plate to test point upto 7.5 metre including all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete chamber in cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate, precast RCC cover slab in cement concrete M15 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate of size 40 cm X 40 cm X 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia bar, GI funnel, GI wire mesh filter, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of earthing lead, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/ strata and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling steel poles/ struts, any size, setting aside for reuse within 50 metres complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of mild steel channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside by diconnecting all electrical connections for re-use or removing to store or for schedule of credit all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling ACSR or AAC conductors from HT oh lines/structures and removing to store or taken on schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling HT/LT insulators any type, any size by diconnecting all electrical connections complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Spray of agricultural based chemical inside the installation to control the growth of unwanted herb etc incl cleaning of the grass herbs bushes etc from the installation complete all as specified and directed.

Cuting of Grass/brushes at 2 pole structures and Compact Sub Stations in 2 meters perimeter with Help of Brush cutter/hand tools all as specified and directed.

Testing of UG HT Cable by portable HT fault detector (11 KV line) and showing the fault/short circuit distance from either end without excavating UG cable, length not exeeding testing 5 KM running cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cradles, hexagonal/rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 4 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair, expulsion fuse single pole upto 25 amps for 11 kV supply, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair expulsion fuse single pole above 25 amps and upto 50 amps for 11 kV supply complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Expulsion fuse single pole 33000V, Above 50Amp upto 100 Amp complete all as specified and directed

M&L for prepartion of surface of fire station by scraping with wire brush and sand paper and painting with synthetic enamel paint red colour over and including one coat of red oxide primer and writing 'FIRE STATION' on platform in white colour including painting of 03 Nos buckets complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Refilling of CO2 cylinder of 9 Ltr capacity complete all as specified and as directed.
