Material and labour for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper masking to be carried out before primer and paint application).

Material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, alkali & fungal resistance dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer @ 0.90/10 Sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of smooth interior acrylic emulsion with rich matt finish having VOC less than 50 grams per ltr complying LEEDS criteria @1 ltr (unndiluted) /10 sqm diluted with water in 2:1 ratio applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster of any description on brick work, conrete work or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surface, finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm thick backing layer + 5mm thick top layer) in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, chajja, fins, facia etc upto 3 stories height, mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) @ 3% by weight of cement mixed in 5mm thick top layer or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as direted. NOTE:- (i) Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) Cost of scaffolding upto 3 stories height of building is included in quoted rate. .

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 1mm thick wall care putty with roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces of wall and applying one coats of oil bound distemper with roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 1mm thick wall care putty with roller on old treated surfaces of wall etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new wall surafces and applying two finishing coats of acrylic emulsion paint, anti fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade, over and including one coat of primer applied over and including 1 mm thick exterior putty on new surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES FOR ITEM NOS 2.00 TO 6.00 & 17.00 :- (a) Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. (b) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed by authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by GE. (c) The cost of scaffolding upto 10m height of building shall be included in the quoted rate. (d) The contractor shall upload MOU letter with any one of manufacturer and also with their authorised applicator mentioned in the tender alongwith their bid in cover-I failing which his bid will be rejected. Authorised applicator shall have valid authorisation letter from the manufacturer (Minimum regional HQs) and shall have been issued not less than 30 days from the date of commencement of the work. The authorisation letter needs to be valid for the complete period of execution of the painting work. (e) After preparation of the surface, Engr-in-Charge shall approve the same before applying primer and finishing coats. (f) Building wise stage passing register shall be maintained and shall be signed by Engr-in-Charge and contractor. (g) The equipments to be used in the work shall be certified by the manufacturer with whom the MOU been entered into. (h) Contractor shall submit approved company generated 05 years warranty card at the time of submission of RAR & Final Bill. 15% amount of this item will be retained in FB for a period of 05 years from the certified date of completion. (j) Masking of windows / doors during spray painting using polythene film is inluded in the quoted rates. (k) Cleaning and clearing of site of painting, mats etc after completion of work is included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old treated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (spray painting) bldg height 6m to 9m complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (spray painting) over a coat of red oxide primer bldg height 6m to 9m complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surfaces and applying one or more coats of french polish over and including wood filler complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement, plaster surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
