M&L for dewatering the underground clear water sump of size: 6 meters long, 3 meter width and 3.5 meter deep using diesel / electric driven non clogging pump set , removing sediments deposited, other foreign materials and silts etc by using wire brush, sand paper, bleaching powder or caustic soda inside wall with the help of wire brush and bleaching powder and finally washing with clean water till entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Location: Pump House Happy valley. Note : 1. The pump set along with fuel ( diesel / petrol) required for dewatering shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for the same.

M&L for dewatering surface mounted filtration plant No-I of size: 11meters long, 8 meters width and 5 meter deep using diesel / electric driven non clogging pump set , removing all silt (approximate deposited 2 meters in tank ), sediments and other foreign material then cleaning inside wall using wire brush and bleaching powder and finally washing with clean water till the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. M&L for dewatering completely RCC / STEEL / PS over head reservoir 40000 Gallons capacity upto 30 Feet high staging, removing sediments deposited and silts etc and cleaning the internal surface by using wire brush, sand paper, bleeching powder / costic soda of required quantity etc, repairs to cracks, small holes, with cement plaster in cement sand mortar (1:4) and applying one coat of white wash when internal surface become dry and two coats of white wash over external surfaces and writing letters with black synthetic enamel paint (Suitable for drinking water) over white based synthetic enamel paint not exceeding 10Cm height mentioning the tank capacity and date of cleaning complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Location- Near Disco mode. M&L for dewatering complete water from surface mounted sedimentation tank of filtration plant No-III of size: 14.50 meters long, 9 meters width and 5meter deep diesel / electric driven non clogging pump set , removing all silt, sediments and other foreign material (approximate195.75 cubic meter) from the tank and removing all material from the site exceeding 50 meters depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above from the starting point and thereafter cleaning complete inside wall with the help of wire brush and bleaching powder and finally washing with clean water till the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Location: MES Pump House Happy valley.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in hardstanding around filtration plant / sedimentation tank area including necessary formwork etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping/benching including sheathing slightly chamfered on edge and finishes exposed surfaces even smooth with out using extra cement including necessary from work etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block (1:3:6) type C1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate), exc. 10cm thick and set in cement sand mortar (1:4 ) for construction of valve chamber including demolition of old unserviceable one etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F equal angle iron 65x65x6mm conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 as in frame work including cutting, bending to shape as directed and drilling holes, notching for fixing and holding with necessary welding including dismantling old unserviceable oneas specified and as directed.

Supplu and fix MS chequered / plain plate channels, square cut or notched ( ordinary and counter sunk) forming hole, with out any attachedment conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-250 Quality-A) including dismantling old unserviceable one etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnection of all water and electric connection of existing pump and motor of capacity 2 HP including dismantling it completely for replacing of defective parts and supplying and fixing new parts ( ISI Marked) such as shaft impeller, gland packing hosing bearings, bushes etc making serviceable including reinstallation of the said pump motor at its original postion including necessary electric and water connection as per existing and testing etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down the defective Induction motor of any make 415 volt 3 phase 40 HP by dismantling the electrical connections, removing the motor by decoupling with pump, transporting to workshop, dismantling it completely, removing the burnt out winding, rewinding the same with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge replacement of unserviceable part including bearing and with necessary insulating material, varnishing, backing and re assembling the serviceable motor completely with all connections as directed by Engr-in-charge Note : (i) Burnt out removed winding wire shall be property of contractor and shall be paid under schedule of credit.

S&F in repairs MCCB, 4 pole, 415 Volts,400Amps, 50 kA breaking capacity with thermal and magnetic release etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- L&T Cat part No. CM98403OOROOG or Havells Cat part no. IHLLNFC0400 OR equivalent model from Make Legrand / Schneider.

S&F in repairs Contactor , 3 pole , 100HP/75KW , 1NO+1NC, 50 Hz ,citation series etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make BCH Cat Part No MCE15NN3-7 or equivalent model from make:- Siemens / Legrand /L&T.

S&F in repairs thermal over load relay (Auto/manual reset) relay range 37.6-60.0 Amps, individual mounting , CT operated , for motor starter etc complete all as speicifed and as directed.Make:- BCH Cat Part No CT2MC305ANA3C or equivalent model from make:- Havells / Legrand / L&T.
