AIR-COOLED HEAT PUMP PACKAGE
Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Factory Assembled Air Cooled Inverter based Scroll Heat Pump Package of nominal heating capacity of minimum 65 kW run on 415 Volt, 50 Hz AC complete all as specified below: (a) SITC of Air-Cooled Inverter Heat Pump Units complete with Single/Multiple Scroll compressors, Evaporator, air-cooled condenser, Control panel etc. The Heat Pump will be charged with R410A Refrigerant. The drive motor suitable for 415V +/-15%, 3 phase, 50 Hz.
(b)The refrigerant circuit shall include: a discharge service ball type isolation valve, dual high side pressure relief valves, liquid line shutoff valve with charging port, dual low side pressure relief valves, solenoid valve, sight glass with moisture indicator, electronic expansion valves, and flexible, closed-cell foam insulated suction line and suction pressure transducer, refrigerant receiver, discharge liquid separator and R410A refrigerant.
(c) Modular design with an ability to mix and match combinations upto 16 connected Heat Pumps. They can operate in Master and slave configuration mode or can operate separately.
(d) The Chiller Heat Pump evaporator should be Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger(BPHE) type made entirely of stainless steel, with direct-expansion and counter-flows. The heat exchange surface is configured so as to maximize the exchange coefficient with minimal load losses. capable of refrigerant working pressure of 650 psig and liquid side pressure of 150 psig.
Input and output connections shall be fitted with air bleeder and draining valves. The covering in closed-cell neoprene sponge prevents the formation of condensation and reduces thermal wastage. The condenser side Fin and Tube heat exchanger shall have hydrophilic coated Aluminum fins with copper tubes(anti corrosive).

(e) Air-cooled Condenser with integrated fin and tube coils with inner grooved copper tubes and expanded into aluminium fins and complete with sub cooler and top discharge air circulators using EC(Electronically Commutated) axial flow fans with IP 55 protection for outdoor duty , U shaped condenser coil guard etc. permanently-lubricated ball bearings. Brushless commutation and minimum self-heating.
(f) The Compressor motor shall be Inverter driven and with protection for under voltage, over load, earth fault and single phasing, Integrated thermal protection, Speed control with inverter,Inverter start-up, Power factor correction condensers, Oil valve and by-pass line, Anti-vibration supports etc. It should have, Hot water temperature sensors, water flow sensors / flow switch etc.
Compressor Motor overloads capable of monitoring compressor motor current. Provides extra protection against compressor reverse rotation, phase-loss and phase-imbalance. Motor overheat protection will be provided to ensure the motor reliability.
(g) Micro-processor based controls( safety interlocks that monitor pressure, temp., current, voltage, oil and refrigernat etc) with Touch screen display in English for all operating parameters such as supply voltage, frequency, load current, Hot water inlet, Hot water outlet, temperature parameters, operating pressures, input power etc.
(h) Wired controller LCD Touch Screen Panel with LED backlighting for enhanced control of operation at single point.
(j) Capable of delivering High Chilled water till 25C & same machine should capable of Operating as Heat Pump to deliver Hot Water upto 58 degC. (Chiller cum Heat Pump Mode Available). The units shall be capable of providing Heating within ambient range of -27° C to 43°C in winters. (k) Noise level of the chiller should not be more than 68 db(A) at 1 m distance. (l) Nominal heating capacity 66 KW Heat Pump at below duty conditions:
