M & L for chemical Earthing of machinery/eqpt with MS earth plate 60x60 cm x 6 mm & MS galvanised earth strip 32x6mm as earth electrode bured directly ln ground,earth pit not less then 2.25 mtr deep from ground level and top edge of earth plate not less 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, and connected with nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-3 connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply & laying XLPE cable insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable 1100 volt with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 Sq mm 3.5 core including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge. Supply, laying XLPE insulated PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanized steel strip or wire heavy duty underground cable with stranded aluminum conductor 1100 volt grade of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core. laid in trenches / duct passing through pipe / duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made IP-65 (Dust and power jet Proof according to IEC 60529) opaque street light junction box of size 260 mm x 210 mm x 116mm made of high quality polycarbonate (shock proof, rust free, corrosion free acid and chemical resistant, fire retardant having high impact (IK 08) totally insulated made of halogen and silica free recyclable material, UV resistant having high grade gasket made of polyurethane with copper terminal , MCB SP 6 Amps rating 10 KA with locking arrangement and 2 Nos M40 size cable gland and one M32 size gland suitable up to 35 Sqmm cable etc complete all as specified and directed. .

S & F post top lantern LED type 20 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degreeindirect light IP 65 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp, necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches for laying of GI water tubing etc getting out in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep complete all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick as in soft/loose/hard/dense soil complete all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning to UG cable including punning gently complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Sub class'B' old size well burnt brick laid flat in trenches as protection to LT cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI tubing light grade,50 mm bore with all fittings, fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor for cable crossing complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old unserviceable one.

S & F G I pipes medium class 25 mm dia including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20 mm bore Gun metal gate valve class I (ISI) marked with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, suitable for following bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25 mm bore Gun metal gate valve class I (ISI) marked with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, suitable for following bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting of existing road / hard standing / foot path surfaces for laying water tubing and making good to disturbed surface with plain cement type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping / benching, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate etc as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F conforming to Fe-290 Grd E-165 as in frame work including cutting, bending to shape as directed and drilling holes, notching for fixing and holding with necessary welding as specified and directed.

Supplu and fix Fe 410-W (Gde E-250 Quality-A) chequered plate , channels, square cut or notched ( ordinary and counter sunk) forming hole, with out any attachedment.

M&L for perparation of new steel surfaces and applying two cores of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of primer complete all as specied and as directed.
