The following job work is urgently reqd for repairs/maintenance of the above veh under GE Shillong:- VEHICLE - TATA MOBILE BA NO 11C - 091154H (i) Dismantling the fuel injection pump, inpection and replacement of 01 set FIP Nozzle including element, 01 set speed plunger, 01 no governor shaft, 01 set delivery valve and 01 no FIP bearing with opening, refitting work including testing all complete with satisfaction. (ii) Opening of vehicle Propeller assy and repaire by replacement of 01 no flywheel assy, 01 no P.S. univarsal joint, and 04 nos P.S. bolts with opening, refitting and greasing including testing all complete. (iii) Repair of vehicle by replacement of 01 no water pump assy, 01 no fan assy, 01 no radiator hose pipe, 01 no fan belt, 01 no accelerator cable and 01 no fuel tank lock including opening, refitting and radiator cleaning testing all complete. (iv) Repair of vehicle electric system by inpection and replacement of 02 no indicator light assy, 01 no wiper motor, 01 set wiper link, 01 no horn assy and 02 no back light assy including opening, refitting and testing all complete. (v) Dismantling of self stator unit by replacement of 01 self armature, 01 set rectifier, 01 set carbon, 01 no bearing including opening, refitting and testing all complete. (vi) Repair of vehicle body by replacement of 01 set door rubber channel(front & rear), 01 no door glass, 01 no door lock, 02 no rear view mirror, including some touch up work with testing all complete. (vii) Repair to vehicle by replacement of 04 no wheel bearing, 02 no wheel drum, 02 no brake cam roller, 12 no wheel stud, 01 kg wheel grease and 06 no wheel shim with refitting and including testing all complete. Sch of Credit (-) 2000.00 will be deducted from the quoted amt.
