S&F in Repair geyser element 1.5 KW, ISI marked with gasket, nuts, bolts suitable for the existing triangular/round shape/make of the geyser under repair. matching with existing Make, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in reapir thermostat (ISI marked) suitable for existing make of the geyser under repair of cap 50/25 Ltrs, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in reapair geyser safety multifunction valve (pressure release valve) for the exsiting make & capacity of geyser, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of geysers of any cap 25/50 Ltr with 2 coats of synthetic enamelle paint after scraping the existing old painted surface, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Geyser 25 ltrs capacity 5 Star rated single phase 230 volts 50 Hz ,2 KW including required number of bolts, nut, grouting/plastering arrangement to fix the geyser properly & safely on wall, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The cost of Necessary grouting/nuts, bolts, PCC, Making good etc. shall be deemed included in quoted rate.

Repair and servicing of Solar water heaters of capacities 200 LPD to 300LPD any make, carrying out the inspection of the all units of solar water heaters thouroghly, trace out the faults, and repair the same in original position or work whop etc. by disconnecting and dismantling the defective units, cleaning of all glass, checking solar insolation, direction of rays, cleaning the makeup water tank inlet and outlet connections, membrane etc. replacement of new spare parts,/old serviceable parts etc. as required at site and reconnecting, reassembling the same after repair including testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) The Spare parts and jointing material, PCC work etc. required for the repair after opening the solar water heaters shalll be carried out in the presence of JE/Engr-incharge and the same will measured and paid seperately as supply only under relevent item of BOQ. (ii) The fixing of existing serviceable parts shall be included in quoted rates. without claiming any extra cost. (iii) All the T&P items, transportation shall be arranged by the contractor without claiming any extra cost. (iv) The cost of all new fittings PPR/GI Flange Nipple, dead Flange, EPDM Rubber flange Gasket, Flexiable hose pipe, collector nut Bolt Required clamp/Washer shall be arranged by the contractor be included in quoted rates.

Supply & Fix 3-layer PP-R Polyproplene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polyproplene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc.outer diameter ofpipe 25mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix of PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) as per requirement of the site of size 25 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping incl necessary form work the solar water heaters, repair the base complete.

Supply & Fix Galvanised Iron pipe, medium grade,and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors ,with all fittings such as tees,bend,elbows,sockets reducer ,nipples and union of size 25 mm dia bore including taking down old U/S pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves of size 25mm bore, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed ISI markes, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves of size 40mm bore, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed ISI markes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for of Sub main wiring for circuit/submain wiring in PVC conduits/casing caping alongwith earth wire with 2x6.0 sq. mm + 1x6.0 sq. mm earth wire sizes of FRLS is PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed as required for connection from main MCB DB to heat exchanger of solar water heates including taking down of old U/s wire, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for welding in repairs exceeding 2.5cm and not exceeding 5 cm in length and Thickness of Metal to be welded n exc. 6mm thickness complete all as specified and directed Note : (i) All T&P and welding machines, jointing materials shall be included in quoted rates. (ii) The necessary electricity shall be paid by the contractor on reading of energy meter and tapping shall be provided from Main LT panel only and the cable shall be arrange by contractor without claiming any extra charge.

Supply & Fix in repair Heating element 3.0 KW matching with existing ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of PVC water tanks of capacity 500 litres including chemical treatment with Anti-bacterial agent consisting of following process: - Dewatering the tank with submersible pump, de-silting and removing of left over dirty water up to 100 to 150 mm in the bottom of the tank and sludge with special sludge pump, cleaning of walls and ceiling with special mechanized high pressure jet machines by rotary jet system at 100-120 Bar pressure (120 Kg /sq cm) which dislodges the layer of dirt, algae, fungus stuck on its surface usage of scrubbing machines for old stains and cleaning chemicals if required of make Eureka Forbes Ltd, floor of the dirty tank should be thoroughly cleaned up by fry jet cleaner to accumulate all dirt ,the remaining sludge should than be removed by sludge pumps, the dirt silt and other foreign material should further be removed by Industrial Vacuum Cleaners to make the floor totally dirt free, application/spraying of Anti-Bacterial chemicals to ensure total sterilization of tank from the inside, inside of the tank should be treated with specially developed 4 ft long ultraviolet Radiator to kill further floating bacteria/virus in order to make the tank totally clean, bacteria free and safe for storage of drinking water. All the above operations should be executed by trained workers and technicians with paint 75 mm height in DD/MM/YY patern and refixing the cover after cleaning all and specified and directed.

All as per Sr. Item No. 20 here in before but PVC water tanks of capacity 1000 litres

Supply & Fix in repair rotational moulded polyethylene 500 ltrs capacity water storage tanks , three layered, (ISI marked) (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position in SSR Part-I including ball valves 20mm dia high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball including 20mm dia GI medium grade over flow pipe, approx lenght 1.5 mtr, 25 mm dia wash out pipe with pluged at one end, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repair rotational moulded polyethylene 1000 ltrs capacity water storage tanks , three layered, (ISI marked) (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position in SSR Part-I including ball valves 20mm dia high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball including 20mm dia GI medium grade over flow pipe, approx lenght 1.5 mtr, 25 mm dia wash out pipe with pluged at one end, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repair Flat plate collector ISI marked of capacity 100 LPD suitable for solar water heaters matching with existing plates, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint, complete all as specified and directed.
