Dismantling of PVC(SWR) drain pipe alongwith fittings and acessories and taking out from walls, floors or from trenches, if required complete all as specified and directed for following sizes :-

Dismantling of cast iron(sand cast)soil, waste and vent pipe upto 100mm bore alongwith fittings and accessories jointed in cement mortar and taking out from walls, floors or from trenches, if required dincluding removing vegetation growth around pipes as required, making good surface to match with existing including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes(salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) of size 150mm dia set in cement mortar including PCC bedding and haunching etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

Excavation in treches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth & getting out ,for foundation ,etc or for shafts wells, cesspits, m anholes, pier holdes, pipe lines etc in soft/loost soil , complete all as specified.

Excavation in treches, exc 1.5m depth but not exceeding 3m in depth or not exceeding 10 Sqm on pland and getting out for foundation etc or for shafts wells, cesspits , manholes pier holes, sewage line etc in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in , including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in soft/loost soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance not exceeidng 50 mtr and depositing where directed a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry 1:3:6 Type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone agggregate with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 75 mm tk PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggretatges as in sub base in path finished the surface even and rough, completed all as specified.

Supply and fix Pavement floor vitrified tiles of size 300x 300x 10 mm thk (Endura tiles of Johnson or equivalent makes listed in List of Makes) of approved colour and design set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured to match including 20 mm th screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of old tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in landings cover slabs (for man holes tec) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces joint as directed and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars of Fe 500D and 550D, 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for chainlink fencing and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified. Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed sotne aggregates as in bedding to SGSW/NP-3 drain pipe of any dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of the pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified.

Cleaning away all grass vegitation, saplings, shurss, brush wood, under growth, roots and trees not exceeding 15 cm girth(measuredone meter above ground level) and remocing rubbish upto a distance of 50 mtr all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cleaning and clearing of blocked pipe between floor/nahani trap and Gully trap or between water closet and First Manholes by removing accmulated sludge/mud including cleaning and clearing of floor/nahani trap and Gully trap or watercloset and First Manholes on either side and disposing off the accumulated sludge/mud , excavating pit and safely buried the same in pit, top portion of pit covered with soil and excesssoil spreadedevenly or removed to a distance of not exceedcing 50m , applying bleaching powder @ 1 Kg /Sqm of covered area to maintain hygine complete

Cleaning and clearing of underground sewage line(includinjg manholes by taking off manholes covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning) of any description, under ground and any dept6h by removing any tupe of blockage including de-silting and de-chocking cleaning of blockage manually by rodding and removing the disposal at place as directed, excvating pit ans safely buried the same in pit, top portion of pit covered with soil and exess soil spreaded evenly or removed to a distance not exceeding 50m, applying bleaching powder @ 1Kg /Sqm of covered area to maintain hygine complete. Note for item Nos 28 & 29 : 1. Contractor shall clean within 48 hours after the requirement has been notified. 2. If contractor fails to attend and remove the blockage within 48 hrs then a penal recovery shall be charge as under :- Delay after 48 hours:- (a) one day - Rs 1000/- (b) two days - Rs 2000/- (c) three days and more - Rs 5000/-

Material and labour for cleaning and clearing of exinging septic tanks any size/depth by bailing out effluent, removing the silt/sludge & other deposits mechanically with combined high pressure water jetting cim suction(vacum)type machine mounted on LCV/HCV/ and having facilities of high pressure water thermoplastic fiber braided water jetting hose and thruogh conical/round shape nozzle ppe and flushing after cleaning and removing the silt/sludge & othe deposits and transporting the same in covered van/trolley for disposal at place as directed, escavating pit and safely buried the same in pit, top portion of pit covered with soil and excess soil spreaded evenly or removed to a distance not exceeding 50m, applying bleaching powder @ 1Kg/Sqm of covered area to maintain hygine and writing particulars of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint on septic tanks complete all as directed Notes :-(i) Volume occupied by silt/sludge & other deposits(Semi- solids) shall only be measured and paid for against the item. (ii) Volume occupied by effluent(liquid abovt silt/ sludge & other deposits) shall not be measured and paid. However, quoted rates shall be deemed to be included for bailing out of effluent)

Supply and fix as in repairs vitreous china squatting pan of Orrisa pattern size 580 mm x 440 mm, white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including 'P' or 'S' trap and lime concrete bedding connection of PCC 1:5:10 lean concrete in filling type E2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates , making good to floor complete all as specified. Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 in faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and fair with using approved LWPC as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified.
