S & F recessed type false ceiling mounted type LED light 540mm x 540mm (overall size 600 mm x 600 mm) luminaire with CRCA housing suitable with fully diffused PS diffuser for general lighting in office areas. The luminaire should have a color consistency SDCM 5, CRI 80 and CCT of 4000K/ 6500K. The luminaire shall be compliant with IP20 and IK02 classification. Luminaire shall be designed to emit at least 3600 nominal lumens and an outstanding backlit solution efficacy of atleast 120 lumen/watt and maximum system wattage of 30W. The luminaire shall be designed so as to ensure L70B50 @ 30K Hrs.@ 45 Degree Ambient. The electronic driver used shall have a power factor 0.95 and THD 10% The fixture should comply with the parameters as per IS10322. Similar to SM367 LED30S-6500 G6 L54W54 PSU OD. The contractor must submit the NABL accreditation certificate for Luminaire manufacturer along with Technical bid. The LED Luminaire & it's driver both should be BIS registered. The contractor shall submit the following reports before supply of material for approvals LM79 issued by NABL accrediated lab, LM80 issued by LED manufacturer, Type Test Certificate for luminaire as issued by NABL accrediate lab, RoHS compliance issued by LED luminaire manufacturer, BIS certificate for LED Luminaire & Driver.

Supply, Installation, testing & comissioning of intregral LED 4ft luminaire of CRCA housing and PC diffuser (Diffuser-Non yellowing type). The luminaire should have a 18Watt LED with colour consistency SDCM 5,CRI 80 and colour temperature - 4000 to 6500K, Luminaire shall be designed to emit at least 2000 nominal lumens at a system efficacy of at-least 120 lumen/watt, power consumption should not be more than 20W (+5%). the life of fixture (including Driver): 50000 burning Hrs.@ L70B50 Lumen maintenance @ design ambient temp 50 deg C. The electronic driver used shall have a power factor 0.95 and THD 10% suitable for an operating voltage range of 150-270V AC current Ripple5% internal surge protection should be minimum 2.5KV, electrical insulation class should be Class I &driver should be of class B serviceablility. The luminaire driver shall be of the same make/manufacturer as that of LED luminaires. Luminaire manufacturer must have in house NABL accredited lab conduct LM79, type test as per IS10322 & "FAT" before dispatch as per IS 10322. The contractor must submit the NABL accredition certificate for luminaire manufacturer along along with technical bid. the LED Luminaire & It's driver both should be BIS registered contractor shall submit the following reports before supply of material for approvals LM79 issued by NABL accrediated lab, LM80 issued by LED manufacturer type test certificate for luminaire as issued by NABL accrediate lab, RoHS compliance issued by LED luminaire manufacturer, BIS certificate for LED Luminaire & Driver.

The luminaire driver shall be of the same make/manufacturer as that of LED luminaires. Luminaire manufacturer must have In-house NABL accredited lab to conduct LM79, Type test as per IS10322 & "FAT" before dispatch as per IS 10322. The contractor must submit the NABL accreditation certificate for Luminaire manufacturer along with Technical bid. The LED Luminaire & it's driver both should be BIS registered. S & F lamp holder, PVC/ polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for surface mounting including 12 watt LED lamp complete all as specified.

S & F Bldg security light fittings high-quality group control enabled integrated LED Building security Light with a minimum system lumen of 3000 lm and system wattage not exceeding 25W with a nominal system efficacy of 110 lumen/watt. The LED used shall have CCT of 5700K, SDCM ≤ 5 and CRI≥70. The housing should be made of LM6/ADC12 Alloy, non-corrosive Single Piece pressure die-cast aluminum, to withstand extreme environments. The spigot shall be part of “Single Piece Pressure Die-cast housing” & shall not be bolted to the luminaire housing to ensure robust design.

Sr. Item No. 11.11 Contd/... The name of the brand should be embossed/engraved & should not be mentioned using sticker/screen printing. It should have corrosion resistant powder coating to pass NSS of 500 Hrs. The luminaire LED shall have declared Lifetime of 75K hours@L70. The product should be designed for continuous operation (10-12 Hrs. per day). The Ingress protection should be minimum IP66 & impact resistance shall be IK10. Control gear compartments shall be Top maintainable without accessing/opening the optical compartment. The Luminaire should have a minimum 20 KV/10KA SPD duly bolted in the Luminaire. The SPD should be able to sustain a minimum 15 hits of 10KA rating i.e. Total of 45 hits across all the three modes as per IEEE 62.41.2. The luminaire should be of Class B Serviceability. The LED used in the luminaire shall be SMD type only & shall be from either Lumileds, Osram, Nichia, Cree & APT Electronics make or equivalent. The Driver should be asphalt potted & should be a BIS approved driver. The driver shall have operating voltage of 120V to 270V, PF≥0.95 @ full load, THD≤10% @ full load. The driver should be capable of withstand voltage stress of 440V for 8 Hrs., should have an auto shutdown @ 325V(±15V) and have an auto recovery feature. The driver shall comply to IEC61547 & IEC 61000-3-2. The luminaire driver & it’s SPD shall be of the same make/manufacturer as that of LED luminaires. Luminaire manufacturer must have In-house NABL accredited lab to conduct LM79, Type test as per IS10322 & "FAT" before dispatch as per IS 10322. The contractor must submit the NABL accreditation certificate for Luminaire manufacturer along with sample approval. The LED Luminaire & it's driver both should be BIS registered. contractor shall submit the following reports before supply of material for approvals: LM79 issued by NABL accredited lab, LM80 issued by LED manufacturer, Type Test report for luminaire as issued by NABL accredited lab, RoHS compliance issued by LED luminaire manufacturer, BIS certificate for LED Luminaire & Driver and including 1.2m long 32mm dia GI pipe light grade bend to shape and fixed using two nos clamps fabricated using MS Flat iron 40x5mm including necessary nut bolts and washers and making electrical connection using 1.5sqmm, 3 core multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and over all PVC sheathed cable form light fitting complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour Sub main wiring with two run single core 4 Sqmm FRLSH copper conductor cable PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100 V including 20 mm dia concealed on wall/ceiling in ISI marked with all accessories such as Tees, elbows, junction boxes etc, as required fixed on wall alongwith one run of 4 Sqmm single core PVC FRLSH insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to main switch board / distribution board and testing on completion complete all as directed. Note : Two runs of 4 sqmm and one run of 4 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM.

Material and Labour Sub main wiring with two run single core 6 Sqmm FRLSH copper conductor cable PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100 V including 25 mm dia concealed on wall/ceiling in ISI marked with all accessories such as Tees, elbows, junction boxes etc, as required fixed on wall alongwith one run of 6 Sqmm single core PVC FRLSH insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to main switch board / distribution board and testing on completion complete all as directed. Material and Labour Sub main wiring with four run single core 6 Sqmm FRLSH copper conductor cable PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100 V including 32 mm dia concealed on wall/ceiling in ISI marked with all accessories such as Tees, elbows, junction boxes etc, as required fixed on wall alongwith two run of 6 Sqmm single core PVC FRLSH insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board and testing on completion complete all as directed. Note : four runs of 6 sqmm and one run of 6 sqmm cable and two run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM.

Supply and fix Vertical distribution board double door VTPN DB, 8 way with IP 43 protection, suitable for flush mounting and having 250 Amps copper busbar for each phase, with 2 neutral link bar and 2 earthbar and cable ties for cable management, fully insulated busbar & shrouded neutral bars and having provision for fixing MCCB upto 160 Amps TP as incommer and MCB SP/TP as out going complete as per IEC 61439-3 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCCB, 100 Amps,TP, 16 KA , 415 Volts, complete and to be housed in VTPN DB including necessry connection complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix Surge Protection Device (SPD) single phase and neutral, T2 -limb, Imax 20 KA per pole complete fixed in distribution board and making connections complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using Gl wire 4 mm dia as earth strip electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to equipments at another end, GI earth strip encased in and including 15mm dia Gl ' light grade ' pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipments, 20mm dia bore Gl pipe light grade ' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, Test point, Gl funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B - 1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B - 1, duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 100 c / c both ways with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor / wall all as described in electric plate of SSR Part I and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note: quoted rate shall be inclusive of (i) Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 50 m. (ii). Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr. (iii). GI protection pipe of size 15 mm bore light grade 7.5m.

Materials and labour for laying brick sub class 'B' designation 75 locally available laid dry width wise across for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix DWCPE (SN 8) 150mm inner dia pipe laid in trenches ISI marked with smooth internal and corrugated (profiled) external surface with anti rodent property and shall be conforming to IS-16098 (Part-2) : latest amendmended including jointing socket/spigot with elastomeric sealing complete activities to execute and make sewer line functional complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of on site LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water for 20 users, including excavation in any type of soil, plain cement concrete 1:4:8 as in lean concrete, Vent shaft, connections and complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for soakage well of size 1.8 m dia and 3 m effective depth including Brick masonary intercepting chamber and screen chamber, including excavation in any type of soil earthwork, returning, filling in and removal of soil upto not exceeding 50m and as shown in TD drawing No. CESZ/2020/TD-45, sheet 1/2 & 2/2 complete all as specified and directed.
