M & L for preparation of unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with compressed air to remove all loose, dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 (VG 10) sq metre complete all as specified and directed.

M & L required for preparation of existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with compressed air to remove all loose, dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 05 kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete, 40mm consolidated thickness using 5.5% paving bitumen (VG 30 Grade) binder content any penetration by weight of total mix, mixed in central computerized hot mix plant and laid using mechanical self propelled paver and rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to uniform surfaces with required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Semi dense asphaltic bituminous concrete shall be designed as per design mix. Contractor shall quote his unit rate considering the bitumen contents as 5.5 %. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted at the rate of ₹67.00 per KG of binder. No adjustment in price shall be made if the variation is on plus side.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100x100x20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model no 972.0 fixed with and including mS stud of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. incl excavation for post holes, refilling with PCC 1:4:8 complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair road bump plastic speed breaker is made from sturdy plastic (ABS) size 350x 250x50 mm , black and yellow color. The speed breaker is to be fixed to the ground surface with epoxy and nails/ screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair traffic convex mirror of 100cm dia having 130 degree of viewing angle made of polycarbonate material, brim and back holding plate is made of metal/ FRB alongwith pole mounted brackets and pole 60mm dia made of galvanised steel of suitable length as directed by Engr-in-Charge firmly fixed to the ground by means of PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) in foundation filling (size 50cm x 50cm x60cm) complete all as specified and directed.
