Supply & filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport also including ramming & watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth in plot, trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. complete

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand : 6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed by dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including necessary excavation levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level

ii) RCC 1 Cement :1½ Coarse Sand: 3 Graded Stone Aggregate 20mm

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

i) Foundations,footings,bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Supply of Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete at all levels

Structural steel work riveted,bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses & framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete:

Providing and fixing  Klippon Galvalume steel profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) of Cold rolled steel confirming to IS:513-2008 of base metal thickness 0.50 mm, having Yield Stress of Min. 275 MPa. Steel surface shall have hot dip metallic coating of Al-Zinc alloy comprising 55% Alluminium, 43.5% Zinc and 1.5% Silicon as per the ASTM-A792M, with total mass of coating on both sides shall be 150 gms/sqm. The steel shall have organic coating with Silicon Modified Polyester (SMP) paint on continuous coil coating line. The thickness of coating on top side shall be 20-25 Microns (i.e. 15-18 microns SMP paint over 5-7 microns epoxy primer) and back side 8-10 Microns SMP paint over epoxy primer. Total Coated Thickness (TCT) shall be 0.58 MM. Sheet shall have protective guard film of thickness of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length up to 6m or as desired by Engineer-in-charge.

i) Profile Sheet for roofing

ii) Plain Sheet for Ridges (500 - 600mm).

iii) Plain sheet for Flashings/ Aprons (Upto 600 mm)

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, Single socketed pipes.

ii) 110 mm diameter

Providing and fixing  150F/200F flush panel,(pre-coated steel) False Ceiling made of  Cold rolled steel sheet conforming to IS 513, having minimum yield stress and tensile stress as 240 Mpa and 300 Mpa respectively. Base metal thickness for ceiling panel and Carriers shall be 0.45mm and 0.55mm respectively. The steel surface shall have hot dip metallic coated with Zinc coating (galvanizing) as per IS277, with total mass of coating on both sides shall be 150 gms/sqm. The steel shall have organic coating with Regular Modified Polyester (RMP) paint on continues coil coating line. The thickness of coating on top side shall be 20-25 Microns (i.e. 15-18 microns RMP paint, over 5-7 microns epoxy primer) and back side 8-10 Microns RMP paint over epoxy primer. Total Coated Thickness (TCT) shall be 0.50 MM for Ceiling panel and 0.60 MM for Carrier. Sheet shall have protective Sheet shall have protective guard film of  thickness of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length up to 6m (for panel) and up to 5m (for carrier) or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The ceiling panel shall be clipped into carriers which are suspended from steel trusses/purlins with the help of GI suspension angle of size 25x25x0.5mm thick by means of rigid suspension system meant for exterior. The longitudinal joints of two panels shall be butt joined with a special type of panel splice to be fixed from inner side. The carrier will be joined with carrier splices maintaining a module of 150 mm. The spans shall not exceed as recommended and manufacturer recommendations shall be followed on installation procedure.

Constructing masonry Chamber 60x60x75 cm,inside in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valves etc, with CI surface box 100mm. top diameter,160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size), i/c necessary excavation foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : With common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete : Light Duty

ii) 150 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe

iv) 300 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe

Supplying and fixing MS foundation bolts with necessary GI nuts and washers of specified sizes,all conforming to relevant Indian Standards and as approved by Engineer-in-charge :

v) 25mm dia x 1000mm long with 100 mm dia x 8 mm thick plate

CABLING AND ALLIED WORKS - ARMOURED CABLES Supply & laying of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium/copper conductor, 1.1 kV grade armoured cable conforming to IS:7098, as per approved make in ground/ trench/surface/pipe, etc. whereever required as per direction of Engineer In-charge. Note: The rate of Installation should be inclusive of Cable clamps, tags Saddles, Consumables etc. Trays/pipes, trenches, fabricated tray supports etc will be covered & paid in Separate Items

xxiv) 3 Core x 2.5 sq. mm Copper Cable XLPE

CABLE TERMINATION GLANDS NON-FLP HEAVY DUTY DOUBLE COMPRESSION Cable Termination (NON FLP): Providing termination of 1.1 kV grade armoured cable for the following sizes including supply of NON FLP heavy duty Double Compresson cable glands, crimping type lugs and allied jointing materials, etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer In-charge. Glands and lugs shall be of approved make. Copper lugs for copper cables and aluminium lugs for aluminium cables shall be used.

vii) 3 Core x 2.5 sq. mm

Providing, fixing, testing and commissioning of FLP junction box of approved make for cable connection/ jointing.

i) For cables 2.5 to 4 sqmm XLPE / AYFY

CONSTRUCTION OF DRIVEWAY, APPROACH & BUFFER STRIP

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mixer plant at Optimum Moisture Content, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all lead and lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface & compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

i) With material confirming to grade-I (size 75 mm to .075 mm) having CBR value - 30, Thickness as desired

Supply and laying of water bound macadam of 100 mm consolidated thickness for subbase with 90 to 45 mm stone aggregate,11.2mm size screenings, chippings of stone and murrum spreading, watering and consolidating in camber with power roller complete as/specifications.

Supply and laying of water bound macadam in layers, each of 75 mm thick (consolidated) with 63 mm to 45 mm stone aggregate. Each layer shall be consolidated by power roller after watering, spreading chippings of stone and murrum complete as per specifications. Item includes supply of murrum 6 mm thick, watering and rolling with power roller complete with preparation of surface. Rate per Layer

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding cost of centering & shuttering. All work up to plinth level:

viii) 1:4:8(1 Cement :4 Coarse Sand :8 Graded stone aggregate of 40mm)

Providing & laying factory made reflective type Lacquered finish Grey / coloured pre-cast cement concrete, interlocking paver block of specified grade made by block making machine wih vibratory compaction & of approved size and design / shape, shade and manufacturers and as per IOCL's specifications. The paver blocks shall have peripheral chamfer, with average crushing strength as per IS 15658, maximum water absorption of 2% after 10 minutes and 5% after 24 hrs. as per BS 1881, maximum dimensional deviations of +/- 2mm on length @ width and +/- 3 mm on thickness. The job includes supplying and laying a layer of 50 mm thick clean coarse sand on thoroughly compacted sub-base below the paver blocks, cutting the paver blocks wherever required with hydraulic splitter, filling in the joints at the edges of paver blocks with sand, compacting with machine vibrator to required line and level, etc. complete. (Payment for provision of edge restraints shall be made separately)

ii) M40 grade 80 mm thick reflective type Lacquered finish

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including taking out and disposal of excavated earth within or outside site to unobjectionable place and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. Extra for levelling and neatly dressing of disposed soil completely to be paid separately as per item no. MH1CN00600

ii)12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Providing and applying 12 mm thick (average) premixed formulated one coat gypsum lightweight plaster having additives and light weight aggregates as vermiculite/perlite respectively conforming to IS:2547 (Part - I & II), applied on hacked / uneven background such as bare brick/ block/ RCC work on walls & ceiling at all floors and locations, finished in smooth line and level etc. complete. Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :

Providing and applying plaster of Paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade with two or more coats over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment) (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.
