Supply , installing, testing and commissioning of outdoor type step down transformer 11000/433 volts (at no load), AC , 3 phase 50 Hz , copper wound type complete with standard fittings, 11 KV 3 phase , LT 433 volts, 3 phase 4 wire with off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, all as per IS: 1180 of capactiy 500 KVA core type copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil nature,air nature(ONAN) with external cooling tubes/fins delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side(LV) in accordance with vector symbol DYN-11(Vector group)with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side ) and having tapping at ±5%HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. the maximum temparature rise should not exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temparature of 40 degree celsius. The transformer shall be IS 1180 marked and shall comprise of the following :- (a) 3 Nos porcelain bushing with arcing horn on HV side suitable for 11 KV complete with bushing,copper rods, nut and washers. (b) One cable box on LT side (secondary side ) consisting of 04 No of porcelain bushing with copper rod , complete with nuts and washers with two numbers cable glands suitable for reception /taking out of XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured cable including glands, joints and jointing material complete. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge (d) Dehydrating breather with first fills dehydrating agents (silca gel) (e) Explosive vent (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover (g) One number 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree celsious wth metal guard having max perimeter reading tempreture indicator with resisting device for transformer (h) Two earthing terminal on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32x6 mm GI earth strip for earhting of neutral and body (j) Rating plate and terminal marking plate (k) Oil level gauge (l) Oil drain filter valve (m) Lifting legs (n) Oil filling holes with cap/plug with connecting plate complete (o) Air release plug (p) Four plain solid cost steel detachable rollers (q) Extra bushing for neutral, outside LT cable box for proving independent earthig for neutral (r) First filling new and unused transformer oil IS-335/93(forth version) marked (make -HP/power oil or equivalent as approved filtered and tested dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrode asper IS 335. Note: Certification of electric strength shall be submitted by the cotractor after filling the oil Make: Schnieder or equivalent as approved by GE. Note : Cost of Bricks works and foundation as per manufacturer specifications for Transformar upto 0.9 Meter above ground level with raising steps along with Cattle fancing with barbed wires (2.0 meter hight) around transformer and LT panel is included in the quoted rate.

Supply ,laying ,connect, testing and commissioning HT 11 KV XLPE armoured screened ,insulated ,PVC bedded , galvanised steel strip wired armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor,11000 volt grade of size 3 core 120 Sq mm including necessary connection to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note : Rate of under ground cable includes earth Work, sand cushioning, brick or PCC/RCC covering, light Grade GI tubing where necessary,testing etc.
