As per item no -04, but for each additional 1.5 m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 m

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for foundations or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed..

Removal of excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, of broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for plain Cement Concrete M-7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain Cement concrete M-10(Nominal Mix) (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 Type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete M-15(Nominal Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water trough and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete M-15(Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm gaded stone aggregate as in surface channel & drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete,M-15, type-B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plain Cement concrete M-15 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast Reinforced Cement Concete cover slab type M-15(Nominal Mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), set in Cement Mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sub class 'B' brick work with bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with bricks class designation 75, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Walling random rubble stone masonary uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for loose filing with agregate of gauge 40 to 80 mm to cover weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab, floor slabs, landings not exceeding 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Design, supply, erection and commissioning of water treatment plant of 140 Cum/hour capacity and filtered water to have turbidity less than 1 NTU. The treatment plant shall consist of static mixture cum MS flocculation tank, chemical dosing system (alum/Soda ash/Polymer /Sodium Hypo choride dosing), clarifier (plate type - Lamella Clarifier) with facility of sludge recirculation, pressure filter with best quality Barakar filter charging materials ( Each of capacity 50 Cum/Hour) including all fittings like valve and other special fittings, back wash pumps, electrical connections with individual starter to all the drives of equipment including main electric board, pipeline from existing one to the inlet of clarifier and from outlet of clarifier to reserve tank including normal pipeline fittings . The plant should be capable of running operations 20 to 22 hours every day. Supply, intallation, erecting, commissioning and running inclined plate clarified, Lamella clarifier of plate settler type with following specifiecation :- (i) Design capacity - 140 Cum/hour (ii) MOC - MS with welded parts epoxy painted. (iii) MOC of plates - FRP (iv) No of FRP plates - 82 Nos Note:- (a) Foundation shall be designed based on OEM specifications and shall be paid under BOQ item No 75 here in after. (b) Item of earthwork & foundation shall be measured and paid separately. (c) Cost of Operation and maintenance of plant with all chemicals, consumables and manpower as required for a period of Seven days to be performed by the contractor after satisfactory date of completion as certified by GE is included in quoted rate of this item. (d) Inclined plates settler type clarifier should be without any moving mechincal parts After commissioning filtered water should be tested at contractor cost and turbidity must not to exceed 1 NTU. (e) Warranty of all equipements shall be as per OEM (f)The quoted amount of this item includes cost of transportation for all lead, lifts, installations, special fittings. (g) All components are to be strictly as per the specified specifications and of aproved brand.

Supplying, erecting, commissioning of Sludge Recirculation pump of capacity 5 Cum/hr @35 MWC suitable to Lamella Clarifier complete all specified and directed.

Supply, erecting, commissioning and running all interconnecting pipe line works including the valves (Valves for Lamella Clarifier, Non Return valves for all pumps, raw water and feed/Back wash pump, non return valve for all dosing system), Interconnecting pipe from dosing system to static mixture cum flocculation tank to lamella claified tank and lamella clarifier tank to multigrade filter suitable for Lamella clarifier complete all specified and directed.

Supplying of chemicals required during commissioning i.e Sodium Hypochlorite, Alum, Soda Ash & Polymer suitable to Lamella clarifier for smooth running for one month with 20 to 22 hr operation everyday complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, erecting, commissioning of Feed pump for filter of capacity 70 Cum/Hrs @ 30 MWC suitable to Lamella Clarifier complete all specified and directed.

Supplying, erecting, commissioining and runing MCC panel including all internal connections with the components of the filter plant suitable to Lamella clarifier complete all in respect.

Disconnecting and removing the existing 160 KVA Capacity DG Set, control panel board and connecting all accessories from its existing position, shifting, reinstalling / testing the same with all necessary accessories including foundation to the another location all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Not:- Cost of earthwork and foundation is deemed to include in quoted rate.

Dismantling/ taking out of any size of electric HT/LT UG cable for diversion existing underground cable for smooth execution of work & relaying the same in all respect after completion of the work all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting and tapping cast iron/ ductile iron in existing water pipe line for branch connection of the internal dia 100 mm complete incl new T all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling/ taking out of any size of water pipe line for diversion existing pipe line for smooth execution of work & relaying the same in all respect after completion of the work all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and removing the existing Chemical filteration plant and disconecting all accessories from its existing position and deposited to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Design of foundation/plateform for Pump, SMFT, ACE, MGF and lamilla clarifier (Pile foundation) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- 1. SBC of soil strata shall be provided by GE for design purpose after issuing of Work Order. 2. Items for construction of foundation such as excavation, RCC, steel etc shall be measured and paid under respective items. 3. Foundation shall be designed by OEM / Reputed structural design firm and same shall got vetted by third party i.e any IIT(Indian institute of technology) /NIT(National institute of Technology). 4. Design shall be approved by Accepting Officer before execution on ground. 5. The quoted rate is inclusive of cost of Vetting of structural design incl working drawings from any IIT(Indian institute of technology) /NIT(National institute of Technology). 6. Contractor shall submit 3 sets of working drawing in hard copy and one set in soft copy. 7. contractor is wholly/solely responsible for the safe design of foundation.
