SH I: Monitoring and Maintenance of E & M Installations

Item No. 1: Operation, Monitoring and Maintenance of Utility Services installed at 11/0.433 KV Main Substation, 11/0.433 kV Radar Substation, Haoreibi substation, Water Supply, comprising of the following installations like (i) HT/LT Panels (ii) Transformers (iii) LT DG Sets (Only Operation and Daily Routine Maintenance) (iv) Package Substations (v)Bus Ducts (vi) Capacitor Panels (vii) Battery and Battery Charger (viii) HT/LT Cabling (ix) CCRs (Only Operation and Daily Routine Maintenance) (x) Water Supply pumps, Motor Control Panels (xi) WTP (xii) Fire Hydrant Pumps & associated systems including LT panels (xiii) Roof Top Solar Plant, & (xiv) associated Earthing System of utilities, etc. (As per Annexure 'B' - List of Inventories) by deploying required numbers of highly skilled, skilled, semi-skilled, unskilled manpower, tools & plant and ensuring 100% serviceability by carrying out routine/breakdown/ General Preventive Maintenance on Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Half Yearly/ Yearly Basis as per AAI's schedule and applicable Standard Manufacturers' Practices, Maintenance of Records and Log Books and reporting as and when required, complete Upkeeping of the Installations etc., on all days including Sundays & Holidays as specified in the Special conditions of contract and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. The Substation (except Haoreibi s/s) shall be maintained in Three Shifts i.e. on round the clock operation basis and pump house in 2-shifts as per Annexure 'A', including Co-ordination with MSPCL/MSPDCL, AAI Main Power House, ATC Tower and providing consumable material like cotton waste, oil, grease, distilled water, printed Log Book, printed PMI Registers & other sundry material etc., attending minor faults of Equipments/ Repairs/ Replacement of defective components with AAI Supplied used/New Components.
