Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU for a certain number of financial years. 2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of the bid quantity. Additionally, another set of eligibility requirements are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder should have supplied some quantity during each of the Financial year. 2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date. The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender is: 1. Availability of security testing report for CCTV/VSS issued by standardization Testing and Quality certification (STQC) Laboratory or any other agency notified by Meity. 2. BIS Registration (CRS) for safety general requirements as per IS 13252 (Part 1): latest.
