Supply of spares for High frequency Digital Axle Counter Multi section Input / Output card for Evaluators for relay driver and final track clearance relay" or Equivalent.

Supply of spares for High frequency Digital Axle Counter Multi section Double Rail contact 5 assembly with track side EJB for MSDAC. Each set shall consist of track side Electronic unit, Double rail contact with cable and mounting accessories. This item shall be procured from RDSO approved firm and inspected by RDSO

"Installation of track device (double rail contact) including digging of trench, track crossing, laying of anti-rodent, anti-oxidant & non-flame propagating type Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) pipe as per IS- 14930 6 part- I or II or latest and all other accessories as per site requirement to be for laying of transmitter and receiver cable The item also includes installation of EJB / Track side Electronics including foundation & earthing as per OEM's guidelines and Technical requirement & specification NOTE: Installation/ programming/ configuration/ commissioning of Axle counter equipment to be carried out in accordance with latest guidelines issued by Railways/RDSO preferably by Authorized representative of OEM."

"Installation of Central Evaluator of axle Counter, wiring from CT rack to Central Evaluator, installation and wiring of the reset box, LV box (if required) and associated power supply wiring. This includes supply of shielded cable of required conductor size for wiring between CT rack to evaluator rack, all other wires, power supply cable and wiring materials. The power supply cable from power room to Central Evaluator should not be lass than 10 sq.mm PVC wire. Earthing as per OEM's guidelines & specification with their own material. This also includes painting and writing work on evaluator as per site requirement. NOTE: Installation/ programming/ configuration/ commissioning of Axle counter equipment to be carried out in accordance with latest guidelines issued by Railways/ RDSO preferably by Authorised representative of OEM."

Flexible cable (Power wire), multi-strand copper conductors cross section 1x6 Sq.mm.( 85 conductor each diameter 0.30 +/- 0.01) as per IS 694/1990 with insulation thickness of 0.80 mm nominal conductor resistance 3.30 ohms/km and test parameters are as per IRS(S)76/89.

Flexible cable (Power wire), multi-strand copper conductors cross section (1x16Sq.mm).101 Conductors each diameter 0.45 + 0.01 as per IS 694/2010 with insulation thickness of 1.2mm nominal conductor resistance 1.127 Ohms/Km and test parameters as per IRS(S) 76/89.

High frequency Digital Axle Counter Multi Section type complete system including central 1 evaluator(s), final track clearance relay for each track section, Reset boxes, LV boxes, detection points, mushroom housing for track side electronics and all other accessories fully wired for 5 Detection points and 04 Track sections and fully equipped to the configuration specified as per RDSO's specification No. RDSO / SPN / 176 / 2005 (ver.2) or latest and OEM specification for 05 Detection Points & 04 Track Sections.

Preparation and supply of SWR Diagrams, Dispensations, CRS application as per the station requirement and WR practice. Detail Scope of the works are described in the Special Conditions of Tender. Payment conditions are discribed in tender document. Preparation of SWRD will be on A0 size, and other documents will be on standard A4 paper. All drawing will be prepared on Auto CAD and documents will be prepared on word/excel & soft copy of the drawings and documents will be submitted in the pen drive and will mail 2 to Rly. Initally firm should supply 02 coppies of each drawings and documents for checking. Corrected coppies will be handedover to the firm and corrections should be made by the firm as per Rly Enginner incharge. Firm will submit finally corrected version of drawing & documents after it is checking for approval of Rlys. If any correction required duriring the approval then firm should correct the drawing and documents and should re-submit the same for approval. Approved documents should be supplied in 20 copies of approved SWRD. All the work will be done by the firm with their own materials and staff. Firm should provide Auto cad enginner to the Rly office, if requried, as per instraction given by the engeener incharge. For stations having more than 4 lines

"Preparation of Cable Route Plan of buried S & T Cables using Radio Detector 8100 GPS Model and Drone for Per Trench per Km. (Excluding Tail Cables).For exising and newly laid cables as per the instruction of Engineer incharge. Details are given in Annexure-A" (Unit: Kilometre to read as per trench Kilometre)

Transportation of S&T material leading up to 1 Km including Loading from Starting point, unloading & Stacking at destination.

Extra for each additional 1 Km or part thereof.
