Supplying & fixing THREE TRACKED COLOUR ANODISED SLIDING WINDOW as per following description:- (a)The outer frame shall be colour anodised aluminum tube section ofsize100mmx 37.5mm x 16 gauge ofJindalor similar make. (b) Threetracks channel for sliding of shutters (ie.,Trackbottom at sill and track top for sides and top)shall be provided of colour anodised 4 aluuminum channels of size100mm x 31.75 mm x 16 guage.(c) Thewindow shutters shall be colour anodised aluminum section ofsize40mm x 18mm x 16 gauge with inter locking arrangements & concealed lock. 2 nosbestqualitybearingsshallbe provided in eachshutter.(d) The glass panels of the shutter shall be of smokeglass5mmthickprovidedwith PVC linerson top, bottom & sides. Providing and laying water proofing treatment in Bathrooms, WC's and Moris of upper floors to attend leakages down below as under: Remove all loose concrete, tile etc. and expose the slab portion. Remove plaster on the side walls up to a height of minimum 20cm. Clean the surface thoroughly, so that no loose particle remains. The cleaning shall be done with air blower.3 Apply as per manufactures specification two coats of flexible acrylic polymer modified cement based waterproofing coating. 4After setting of the coat 40mm thick 1:11/2:3 C.C I.P.S. floor to be laid without joints with C.M. 1:3. Plaster on the vertical surface and all finished smooth. The junction of vertical and horizontal surface be provided with hauler in concrete. 5.After initial setting time fill the water & test for leakage for 7 days. The item includes all contractor's labour, material, tools & plants, leads & lifts etc. complete.

Supply and fixing JOINT FREE ANTISKID Coloured floor Tiles of size 300mm x300mm& 8mm thick ofbestquality of Dakshamurti life size series or similar in floors laid on 20 mm 7 thickcementmortar 1:3. The joints shall be fine andshallbe pointed with neat white cement slurry mixed withpigments tomatch the colour & shade of the tiles. The rate shall includecostof all materials(except cementfor fixingtiles, which will be paid seperately or supplied by railway free of cost) labour, tools&plants,wastages ,taxesetc complete. Payment will be made for finished work only. Sample shall be got approvedbyengineerincharge at site before bringing the same to site
