Providing and erecting approach system from outside the building to facilitate execution of work items in the form of steel tubular trestle type scaffold of approved design with necessary working platforms of approved design, ladders, guard rails, bottom runners, foundations 1 etc., or int he form of suspended platforms, working platforms and riggers, counter weight arrangements, wire ropes, breaking / locking arrangements or combination of above two methods including providing arrangements to control / arrest falling debris etc., complete and dismantling and carting away the system when the job is over, The system shall be so designed by contractor so as to reach any exterior location work. The item shall be paid only once. Payment will be made for length and height of scaffolding measured in elevation only.

Providing & Fixing preprinted aluminium false ceiling including suitablegrid/frame 2 work as per manufacturer specification of Techno Acoustics or similarmake including cleaning thesurface with all contractormaterial ,labour, lead lift,wastages, transportation toles & plants taxes etc

Supplying and fixing brass oxidizsed standard Aldrop 300 mm long x20 mm to existing door shutters with all fittings etc.The rate inclusive of all labour , material etc. complete.

Supply and fixing PTMT Nahani Trap Prayag or Similar make. Colour will be approved by Engineer in-charge. The Rate includes all labour, material, T & P, taxes etc complete

Supplying fabricating & fixing COLOURED ANODISED ALUMINIUM EXTRUDED SECTIONS of Jindal or similar make as per job requirements in frames of doors, windows, louvers, 5 partitions etc. With all necessary anodized aluminum angles plates etc., as required at junctions, aluminum screws, Rawal plugs and any other accessories required to make the frames with fine joint, erecting the frames in position as directed by the Railway Engineer or his representative with all labor, materials, tools & plants, consumables etc. complete. Sections should have a weight of 0.33 Kg/ running feet. (a) Sections of size 100mm x 37.5mm x 16 gauge.

Supplying & fixing JOINT FREE GLAZED TILES in concept of size 300mmx450mm and 8mm thick of best quality of Dakshamurti life size series or similar of approved colour, design & quality in dado, skirting &vertical surfaces with Portland grey cement slurry with honey like consistency buttered at the rate of 3.30 Kg /Sqm on the back of the tiles and white cement slurry 6 applied thinly to the edges and pressed and tapped to line & level. The joints shall be fine and shall be pointed with neat white cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the colour & shade of the tiles. The tiles to be laid on a base of 12mm thick cement plaster 1:3 which shall be made rough by drawing lines and cured sufficiently before fixing the tiles. The rate shall include cost of all materials (except cement for plastering & fixing tiles which will be paid separately or supplied free by Railway), labour, tools & plants, wastages, taxes etc. complete. Payment will be made for finished work only. Sample shall be got approved by engineer in charge at site before bringing the same to site

The joints shall be fine and shall be pointed with neat white cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the colour & shade of the tiles. The rate shall include cost of all materials(except cement for fixing tiles, which will be paid separately or supplied by railway free of cost) labour, tools & plants, wastages ,taxes etc complete. Payment will be made for finished work only. Sample shall be got approvedbyengineerincharge at site before bringing the same to site

Supplying & fixing wash basin table top admiral collection of BELLCERAMIC or similar 9 of size 570mmx425mmx175mm, approved quality & colour with CP brass Waste coupling, PVC connection etc with complete fittings. The rate shall include cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants and with all lead, lift, transportation, taxes etc complete.

Supplying and fixing 5mm mirror with design hatching line all round edge with 17 aluminum anodised frame, powder quoted with copper colour or any other colour as directed by Rly. Engineer. Aluminum frame shall be 40mm thick with hardboard packing behind the mirror and provided with hanging arrangements. The quality of mirror shall be confirm to Modigaurd or similar.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in Bathrooms, WC's and Moris of upper floors to attend leakages down below as under: (Relevant Items of IRUSSOR/DSR) Remove all loose concrete, tile etc. and expose the slab portion. Remove plaster on the side walls up to a height of minimum 20cm. Clean the surface thoroughly, so that no loose particle remains. The cleaning shall 18 be done with air blower.3 Apply as per manufactures specification two coats of flexible acrylic polymer modified cement based waterproofing coating. 4 After setting of the coat 40mm thick 1:11/2:3 C.C I.P.S. floor to be laid without joints with C.M. 1:3. Plaster on the verticle surface and all finished smooth. The junction of verticle and horizontal surface be provided with hauler in concrete. 5.After initial setting time fill the water & test for leakage for 7 days .The item includes all contractor's labour, material, tools & plants, leads & lifts etc. complete

Providing and applying 8 to 15mm thick water resistance premixed/ready mixed roofit 19 mix internal plaster of thick renders of Roofit Industries Ltd. or similar. The specifications of thepremixed internal plaster shall be as under. 1.Colour- Gray 2. Binder- Ordinary Portland cement. 3.Fillet- Graded sand conforming to BS 1199. 4.Additives- Water soluble additives to improve workability, water retention, durability and adhesion strength. 5.Water Demand: For hand application: Approx14-16% or 7-8L/50Kg bag. 6.Max Aggregate- Size 2.60 mm 7.Pot lift- Approx. One hour. 8.Composition- 2.30Kg per sqm per mm thickness. 9.Particle consumption; Approx 23.0Kg/m2 /mm for thickness 10 mm. 10.Adhesion to concrete: > 0.75N/mm2 (1.0N/mm2) 11.Compressive strength:> 10 N/ mm2 12.Chloride content:<0.01% 13.Date of pack- Not/more than 6 months. NOTE: The ready-mix plaster in bags shall be first supplied to the IOW in his godown & then drawn from his godown from time to time. The material should be got approved by the Contractor from the Railway Engineer before use on work. Transportation to site has to be done at contractor's cost and payment will be made for area of work done and not for any bags supplied.

Providing and applying 20 to 25mm thick water resistance premixed/ready mixed plaster of thick renders of Roofit Industries Ltd. or similar. The specifications of the premixed plaster shall be as under. 1.Colour- Gray 2. Binder- 43 Grade Portland cement. 3.Fillet- Graded sand conforming to BS 1199. 4.Additive- Water soluble polymers to improve work ability, water retention, durability and adhesion strength. 5.Composition- 43 grade Portland cement - 25-30% graded sand - 20 75-70% (including quartz and additives). 6.Max. aggregate- Size 4.5mm 7.Density- 1.80kg/Litre in dry and 1.90kg/litre in wet condition. 8.Pot lift- One hour. 9.Consumption- 1.7kg per sqm per mm thickness. 10.Water demand- About 15% of 6 litres per 40kg. 11.Date of pack- Not/more than 6 months. NOTE: The ready-mix plaster in bags shall be first supplied to the SSE(W) in his godown & then drawn from his godown from time to time. The material should be got approved by the Contractor from the Railway Engineer before use on work. Transportation to site has to be done at contractor's cost and payment will be made for area of work done and not for any bags supplied. The rate is inclusive of scaffolding.
