The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For non-lead members of a Joint Venture (JV), each member must have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed during the last 07 years, one similar single work for a minimum of 10% of the advertised value of the tender. The bidder needs to submit information about their past experience, including the list of similar works completed, as part of the qualifying criteria. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in similar works and must have a minimum average annual contractual turnover. No specific amount or percentage of similar works completed is mentioned for the bidder's prior work experience in general, but specific values and percentages are mentioned for the bidder's prior work experience in the context of similar works completed. The average annual contractual turnover is determined by the formula: V/N or 'V' whichever is less, where V is the advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of work. The bidder is required to submit the audited balance sheet and other relevant documents to demonstrate their financial eligibility and experience. For works with composite components, the technical eligibility for the major component of work shall be satisfied by either the 'JV in its own name & style' or 'Lead member of the JV', and technical eligibility for other component(s) of work shall be satisfied by either the 'JV in its own name & style' or 'any member of the JV'. Each other (non-lead) member of the JV, who is/are not satisfying the technical eligibility for any component of the work, shall have technical capacity of minimum 10% of the cost of any component of work mentioned in technical eligibility criteria. This means they must have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed during the last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited, one similar single work for a minimum of 10% of the cost of any component of work mentioned in technical eligibility criteria.
