The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For a specific tender with an advertised value of Rs. 13,55,74,931/-, the required prior work experience is: i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of Rs. 13,55,74,931/-, which is Rs. 4,06,72,479/-, ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of Rs. 13,55,74,931/-, which is Rs. 5,42,29,972/-, iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of Rs. 13,55,74,931/-, which is Rs. 8,13,44,958/-. Additionally, each non-lead member of a joint venture must have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed during the last 07 years, one similar single work for a minimum of 10% of the advertised value of the tender. For subcontractors, they must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of work to be subletted, in the last 5 years, unless the subcontracted work is valued up to Rs 50 lakh, in which case no prior experience is required.
