Supplying and fixing counters/cupboards made of marine ply of kit ply gold or Gujranply orsimilarconforming to IS 710 as per following description.The top shall be supportedbyverticalsupportsof marine ply and fixed to wall without any gap.Drawers with wooden 1 knobs,locking arrangements and sliding arrangements consisting of PVC slidingrollers onaluminiumangles shall be provided as per approved drawings.Shelves as per approved drawings below theworkingplatformwith horizontalandverticaldividers, shutters of marine ply with brass hinges, woodenknobs andlockingarrangementswithbrass locksshall be provided.Cost of providing veneer, polishingand CT woodworkinvolved will be paidseparately.Paymentwillbe made for actual area of marine plyand used in the work as per following items and no extra payment will be made for fittings, sliding arrangements etc . Supplying & fixing JOINT FREE DESIGNER Highliter TILES of size 300mmx450mmand8mm thick of best quality of Dakshamurti life size series or similar of approved colour, design & quality indado, skirting & vertical surfaces with Portland grey cement slurry with honey like consistency buttered at the rate of3.30 Kg /Sqm on the back of the tiles and white cement 2 slurry applied thinly to the edges and pressed and tapped to line & level. The joints shall be fine and shall be pointed with neat white cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the colour & shade of the tiles. The tiles to be laid on abaseof12mmthickcementplaster1:3 which shall be made rough by drawing lines and cured sufficiently before fixing the tiles. The rate shall include cost of all materials (except cement for plastering & fixing tiles which will be paid separately or supplied free by Railway),labour, tools & plants, wastages, taxes etc. complete. Payment will bemade for finished work only. Sample shall be got approved by engineer in charge atsitebefore bringing thesame tosite
