Boring/drilling bore well of required dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by diesel rotary rig including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge, beyond 150 metre & upto 200 metre depth below ground level.300mm dia.

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) FE 410 mild steel screwed and socketed/ plain ended casing pipes of required dia, conforming to IS: 4270, of reputed & approved make, including painted with out side surface with two coats of anticorrosive paint of approved brand and manufacturer,including required hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories, all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.150 mm nominal size dia having minimum wall thickness 4.8 mm

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) FE 410 plain slotted (having slot of size 1.6/76 mm with overall open area of minimum 10%-15%) mild steel threaded and socketed / plain bevel ended pipe (type A) of required dia, conforming to IS:8110, of reputed and approved make, having wall thickness not less than 4.80 mm, including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories, all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.150 mm nominal size dia

Providing and fixing Bail plug/ Bottom plug of required dia to the bottom of pipe assembly of tubewell as per IS:2800 (part I).150 mm dia

Providing and fixing of central guide of required dia made from structural steel for casing pipe for tube well etc. all complete as per instruction of Engineer-incharge

Gravel packing in tubewell construction in accordance with IS: 4097, including providing gravel fine/ medium/ coarse, in required grading & sizes as per actual requirement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing cement sealing(2m) to prevent entry of the groundwater from top aquifer into piezometer.

Providing bentonite sealing(2m) to prevent entry of the ground water from top aquifer and piezometer.

Providing sand pack(2m) to prevent entry of the cement slurry from cement sealing into gravel pack and for separating two aquifer zones after gravel pack

Providing clay filling above cement seal up to ground level but below sanitary seal to prevent entry of the surface and sewage water at top

Development of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (part I) and IS: 11189, to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by "V" notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, all complete, including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc., all as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing suitable size threaded mild steel well cap with locking arrangement or spot welded plate to the top of bore well housing/ casing pipe, removable as per requirement, all complete for borewell of:150mm dia.

Providing,erecting and giving test of submersible pump set conforming to IS 8034 and motor conforming to IS 92383,with water proof winding. Pump shall be suitable for various delivery head and discharge with stainless steel shaft. Motor suitable for working on 415 V 10%,3 Ph, 50 Hz A.C.supply with cable guard,thrust carbon/fibre bearing to withstand entire hydraulic thrust. The pump set shall be suitable for direct couplinmg, with suction strainer. Pump should have suitable discharge out let as per manufacturers design. Antithrust stream lined non return valve shall be provided with the pump 3 m submersible copper conductor cable in single/double run and 2 pairs of suitable size erection clamp 10mm thick shall be provided with each pump.Submersible pump 150mm dia (with bronze/stainless steel (CF8M)impeller ) upto 12 stages.

Providing and fixing and lowering G.I.,pipes of medium class with long socket/G.I. fittings for tubewells etc. all complete. 50mm dia.

Supplying and erecting flat flexible 3 core 6 sqmm PVC sheathed submersible type copper cable suitably clamped at fixed intervals with column pipe assembly complete.

Supplying and erecting control panel for 3 phase, 415 volt, A.C. submersible/ centrifugal pump set 7.5-10 HP consisting of DOL starter having relay range 13-21 AMP, S.P.P. combined ammeter/voltmeter,phase indicating lamp enclosed in CRCA powder coated vibration proof encoser with IP 54 protection,control panel should offer single phasing,phase reversal,phase in balance etc. complete.

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised informatory sign board rectangular/Square in shape having area greater than 0.9 square meter made out of 2mm aluminum sheet class B bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of Class( Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) having pressure sensitive/heat activated adhesive retoreflective specified back ground, border and back side retoreflctive symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per IRC:67-2012 Table No 8.3, supported with back support frame 25mm x 25mm x 3mm, duly painted on back side with two coats of grey stove enamel paint and supported on two no. mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 3.5 mt long firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing The angle iron post shall be duly painted with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy finish paints having alternate black and white bands of 25 cm width including GI fixures and transportation etc.complete.The nut bolts of board with angle iron post/supporting structure after fixing at site has to be electrically welded. Class B ( Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) sheeting shall have 7 years written warranty from the manufacturer and authorised distributor/convertor issued for field performance including the screen printed areas and cut-out sheeting and cut-out durable transparent overlay film and this warranty certificate in original should be submitted to the Engineer in charge by the contractor/supplier.(a)2mm aluminium sheet Class B.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.All kinds of soil.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge)0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer- in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete :250x16 mm

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work

Assissance of man power during installation of piezometer and telemetry system for laying of cables mechanical works etc. as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. (Two manpower per shift.)
