Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non- woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : 3 mm thick

Providing and fixing precoatedgalvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as 5% total coated thickness (TC T), Zinc coating 120gsm as per IS:277 in approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.05 mm. 240 mpa mm steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet sliding-shutters with frame and diagonal braces of 40x40x6mm angle 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junction and corners 25mm dia pulley, 40x40x6mm angle and T-iron guide at the top and bottom respectively including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

White washing with lime to give an even shade: New work (three or more coats)

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete paver block of approved shape and colour of M -30 grade made of C&D waste by block making machine with vibratory compaction laid in required pattern and including over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-incharge.

Providing and erecting chain link fencing1.6M.height with G.I.chainlink of size 50x50mm, 8gauge thick and fixed 75mm above ground level on vertical M.S.Angles of 40x40x6 mm size, includin dexcavating pits for foundation and embeddedin C.C.block of1:4:8mix of size 450x450x670 mm.at 1.75M.cc with iron bar 16 mm dia as hold fast including welding link with angle frame at 30cm cc with nuts and bolts and horizontal M.S.Angles at top and bottom of 25x25x5 mm size and vertical M.S. flat 35x5 mm and 25x5 mm horizontal including cross support of 40x40x6mm angles both side at every corner or bend embeddedin concrete blocks of 1:4:8 of size 450x450x670 mm including 3 coats of oil painting etc. complete.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
