Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: Old work (one or more coats applied @ 0.83 ltr/10 sqm).

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required said and colour complete to give and even said. Old work (one or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Assistance for organize functions/events including cleaning; lime; unloading of tables, chairs, cupboards. and other items, sign boards, banners cte as per instructions by Engineer in charge or his representative. Note: (i) The contractor is required to carry out the above jobs by deploying suitable workers when directed. (ii) Attendance shall be maintained at the designated place. The worker is required to carry an ID card of some government authority (aadhaar card, voter's card, driver's licence, PAN card, etc.). (iii) The worker must be equipped with adequate safety accessories such as face masks (if & when required), gum boots/safety shoes (as per requirement), and washable & reusable hand gloves. Moreover, the worker also have to be equipped with raincoats, depending upon weather conditions. All these accessories are to be provided by the contractor.

White washing with lime to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats).

Providing and fixing chromium plated brass curtain rod having wall thickness of 1.25mm with two chromium plated brass brackets fixed with C.P. brass screws and PVC sleeves etc., wherever necessary complete : 20 mm dia.
