Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (CBR30 or more) (Table:- 400-1 & Table 400- 2) Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material like natural sand crushed gravel or crushed stone having CBR 30, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator or plant mix method at OMC, and compacting with vibratory rollers of 80 to 100 kN static weight to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 401 of Specification. Cement Concrete Pavement Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement M-40 grade concrete over a prepared sub base with cement , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing as per IRC 15 2011 and as per relevant clauses of section 602 of secifications complete but including cost of steel in dowel bar and tie rods etc.

Providing and fixing MS Fabricated porteable office cabin with complete insulation, electrical & plywood xladdings including transportation charges from factory to working site size 10' x 10' x 8.5' as detailed below 1. Bottom frame : 100x50 mm formed MS Square pipes of 3mm thick & ISI Marked MPL 2. Stiffener Bottom : 80x40mm & 50x50mm square pipes, ISI Marked MPL 3. Aluminum sliding windows size : 4'x3' -2 no's with safety geills : Double shuttre sliding aluminum powder coated windows with 4mm thick glass for all windows, safety grills from outside & canopy on the top of windows. 12. Main door size: 7'x3'-1no's : THE door shall be of external opening type made out of the same material as wall panwls & canopy above the door. Frame work by tubular pipe of 25x25 & the door interior shall be finished with same material matching with that of the cabin interior, door with std hardware locks & handles 13. Insulation : 25mm thick glass wool density of 64kg/3 with insulation for top & 25 side walls to Avoid Heat. 14. Wiring : All wiring shall be concealed and shall be PVC insulated copper wires of ISI quality suitable for 240 volt 50 HZ single phase AC power supply 2.5 mm thick cable for lighting, 5amp switches with 3pin sockets, bulk head light above the door, 4mm thick cable for main electrical supply & with MCB protection. 15. Electrical fittings : All electrical fittings in the portabla cabin shall be 220-240V i) Tube light - 2No's Baja/Orient/ Syaka. (ii) Bulk head door light - 1 No's (iii) Cabin fans - 1No's (iv) 3pin socket with switchboard - 2No's Maru (v) A/C provision - 1 No's 16. Outside painting : All components are painted with a coat of primer & 2 coats of corrosion free paint i.e. synthetic epoxy paint. 17. Hooks: Specially formed for easy lift & shift.
