Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Construction of air cushion wooden sports flooring system of sundek or equivalent certified by the BWF accoedingly to BWF standards - Grade 1A and passed the EN14904 standard using Kiln Dried Teak Wood Floor Board. The system should be Made in India product.The complete wooden flooring should have PASSED the test for shock absorption,Vertical deformation and friction Tests for indoor surface for multi-sports use according to the requirement of EN 14904 (06/2006). The shock absorption tested bt EN 14808:2005 methodology shold between 45% and 50%.The vertical Deformation tested by EN 14809:2005 methodology should betweem 1.00 mm and 1.5mm.The friction tested by EN 13036-4:2011 methodology should be inbetween 94 and 98. ,Make for badminton court should be with surface board made of Kiln Dried Prime Grade Hevea wood surface finished with 21 mm thick 50 to 110 mm width in random length in tongue and groove shape. The edges of the board have a finger lock groove and bottom side air pass groove. The under frame made of commerical quality fir/spruce/spine wood runner of 90/70 mm X 45 mm well seasoned treated with anti-termite solution fixed on the bottom side with 18 mm thick EPDM air cushioning pads by nails through the two wings 350 mm c/c, including polishing. A vapour barrier in perfect level at 350 mm c/c in one direction. The surface boards will be screwed tongue by the groove of the adjoining boards. The ends of the boards will be locked by inserting the wooden fingers through the edge grooves and fixed with suitable adhesive. An expansion gap of 10 to 15 mm will be left open between the wooden flooring and the surrounding tiled area/wall. After construction of the floor will be machine sanded in uniform level. All timber will be kiln seasoned with moisture content of app 12 % with a guarantee of 5 years after completion of work. The cost includes transportation charges from Mumbai to Construction site.
