The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor, with a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 227.29 Lakhs. The bid capacity for this work is Rs. 303.05 Lakhs, calculated as BID CAPACITY = (A x N x 2) – B, where A is the maximum value of turnover in any one year during the last five years, updated to the price level of 2024-25. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder needs to provide certificates of similar type of work, and the work done certificate of Government organization/Semi Government Organisation/Government Undertaking/PSUs only will be considered, signed by Executive Engineer/Engineer-in-charge.
